Abstract

본 발명은 따른 소켓(2)을 회로기판(8)에 지지하기 위한 기판고정 장치는 메인빔(12)을 포함하는 일체의 몸체, 소켓에 스스로 설치되기에 적합한 소켓설치부, 및 회로기판의 구멍에 결합할 수 있는 회로기판설치부(16)로 구성되어 있다. 회로기판설치부는 거의 평평하며 적어도 메인빔과 함께 평면을 평성한다. 회로기판설치부는 메인빔으로부터 타이바아(35)로 형성된 공통의 원격종단으로 평면으로 연장하는 한쌍의 이격된 다리들(22)을 포함한다. 다리들은 회로기판의 먼측에서 구멍(6)의 출구 넘어로 연장하는 크기이다. 다리들(26)의 부분들은 회로기판설치부의 최대폭으로 연장함에 따라 벌어지도록 각이진다. 최대폭은 회로기판의 구멍출구의 최대폭보다 크고 메인빔으로부터 구멍출구 외곽에서 회로기판의 두께보다 큰 거리 만큼 이격되도록 선택된다. 다리들(28)의 다른 부분들은 최대폭으로부터 원격종단(35)으로 연장함에 따라 좁혀지도록 각이져 있다. 회로기판설치부의 구조적 특성으로 해서 평면방향으로만 유연하며, 벌어지도록 각이진 다리부분들은 넓은 범위의 기판두께와 구멍직경변화들을 통해 구멍출구의 외곽에 탄성 바이어스 된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 전체가 일 평면내에 놓이고 콘넥터에 스스로 설치하기에 적합한 콘넥터설치부를 포함하는 평평한 일체의 몸체 및 회로기판의 구멍에 삽입될 수 있으며 구멍의 출구넘어로 연장하는 크기의 연장된 회로기판설치부로 구성되며 일체의 몸체는 기판 설치시 회로기판에 콘넥터를 설치하기에 적합하며 회로기판설치부는 타이바아에 의해 형성된 공통 원격종단에서 다시 함께 결합할때까지 몸체를 따라 이격되는 고정된 원점들로부터 평면에서 연장하는 한쌍의 다리들을 포함하는 전기콘넥터용 기판고정장치에 있어서 다리의 부분들은 회로기판설치부의 최대폭으로 연장함에 따라 벌어지도록 각이지며 최대폭은 회로기판의 구멍출구의 최대폭보다 크며 최대폭은 구멍출구의 외곽에서 회로기판의 두께보다 큰 크기로 고정된 원점들로 부터 이격되어 있으며 다리의 다른 부분들은 최대폭으로부터 원격종단으로 연장함에 따라 좁혀지도록 각이지며 회로기판설치부는 평면의 방향으로만 휘며, 벌어지도록 각이진 다리부분들이 넓은 범위의 기판두께와 구멍 직격의 변화를 수용하며 구멍출구의 외곡에 대해 탄성 바이어스 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판고정장치.
  2. 콘넥터설치부가 콘넥터로 형성된 슬롯의 벽들 사이에 삽입될 수 있으며 콘넥터설치부는 벽들의 하나로 형성된 렛지와 결합하기 위해 평면 밖으로 휘어진 탭을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 기판고정장치.
  3. 고정된 원점들과 벌어지도록 각이진 부분들 사이의 다리들의 최초의 부분들이 서로에 대해 평행하게 연장하는것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기판고정장치.
  4. 상기 각 다리가 그 각각의 고정된 원점 및 공통의 원격종단 사이로 연장함에 따라 다리들의 각각이 평면내에 균일한 폭을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 제1항의 기판고정장치.
  5. 일체의 몸체가 콘넥터에 스스로 설치되도록 채용된 메인빔을 포함하는 제1항의 기판고정장치.
  6. 메인빔은 릿지들을 가지는 종단들을 가지며 릿지들은 슬롯의 종단벽들에 강제끼움으로 결합하는 제5항의 기판고정장치.
  7. 원점들과 벌어지도록 각이진 부분들 사이의 거리가 회로기판의 폭보다 작은 제3항의 기판고정장치.
