Abstract

플러그 인 커넥터(1)는 조립을 위해, 스토퍼에 이르기까지 조립 후크(8)내에 삽입되고, 회로 기판(2)을 향해 선회된다. 이 경우, 고정 부재(5)는 회로 기판(2)의 홀(6)내로 삽입되어, 플러그 인 커넥터(1)를 회로 기판(2)에 고정시킨다. 플러그 인 커넥터(1)는 회로 기판(2)의 다른 SMD-부품과 함께 단일 작동으로 납땜될 수 있다.

Claims (6)

  1. 하나의 바디(3) 및 접속 콘택(4)을 포함하는, 회로 기판(2) 위에 고정되는, 표면 조립된 플러그 인 커넥터(1)에 있어서, - 바디(3)에 고정되는, 회로 기판(2)의 가장자리 주위를 감싸는 적어도 하나의 조립 후크(8)가 조립시 플러그 인 커넥터(1)가 그것의 주위를 선회하는 스토퍼로서 사용됨으로써, 바디(3)로부터 돌출하는 적어도 하나의 고정 부재(5)가 회로 기판(2)의 홀(6)내로 삽입되며, - 고정 부재(5)가 회로 기판(2)의 홀(6)내에 삽입됨으로써, 플러그 인 커넥터(1)가 회로 기판(2) 위에 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정 부재(5)는 바디(3)의 보어를 통해 안내되는 지지판(7)에 의해 회로 기판(2)의 홀(6)내에 삽입되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 고정 부재(5)는. 바디(3)와 일체형으로 제조되는, 회로 기판(2)의 홀(6)내에 삽입되는 V자형 후크로서 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 바디(3), 고정 부재(5) 및 조립 후크(8)는 절연 재료로써 일체형으로 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 조립 후크(8)가 삽입 경사부(9)를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 조립 후크(8)는 탄성적으로 형성되고, 플러그 인 커넥터(1)를 회로 기판(2)에 임시로 고정시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그 인 커넥터.
