Abstract

본 발명의 목적은 광 색재생범위에서 색을 재생할 수 있는 디스플레이장치를 제공하는 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 디스플레이장치는 앞판과 상기 앞판에 분산되어 있는 적색, 녹색, 청색필터를 포함하고, 무기 금속화합물의 미세한 입자를 가지고 있는 색필터층과, 상기 색필터층상에 배치된 다수의 발광층과, 상기 발광층으로 열이온을 방사하는 캐소드와 그리고 상기 발광층으로 상기 캐소드에서 방사되는 열이온의 흐름을 제어하기 위해 상기 발광층과 상기 캐소드 사이에 분리된 관계로 배치된 그리드로 구성된다. 무기금속화합물의 상기 미세 입자는 0.01㎛에서 0.02㎛의 범위의 입자크기를 가질 수 있다. 적색필터는 Fe2O3의 미세입자를 함유하고, 녹색필터는 TiO2·ZnO·CoO·NiO의 미세입자를 함유하고, 청색필터는 CoO·Al2O3의 미세입자를 함유할 수 있다. 상기 발광층은 ZnO : Zn로 만들어진다.

제4도는 제3A도와 제3B도에 나타낸 디스플레이장치의 원리와 조합된 본 발명에 따른 정면방사 그래픽 발광체 디스플레이판의 개략 사시도이다.

Claims (7)

  1. 앞판과, 상기 앞판에 분산되어 있는 적색, 녹색, 청색필터를 포함하고, 무기 금속 화합물의 미세한 입자를 가지고 있는 색필터층과, 상기 색필터층상에 배치된 다수의 발광층과, 상기 발광층으로 열이온을 방사하는 캐소드와, 그리고 상기 발광층으로 상기 캐소드에서 방사되는 열이온의 흐름을 제어하기위해 상기 발광층과 상기 캐소드사이에 분리된 관계로 배치된 그리드로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기금속화합물의 상기 미세자는 0.01㎛에서 0.02㎛의 범위의 입자크기를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적색필터는 Fe2O3의 미세입자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 녹색필터는 TiO2·ZnO·CoO·NiO의 미세입자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 청색필터는 CoO·Al2O3의 미세입자를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 색필터층과 상기 발광층사이에 배치된 산화인듐주석층을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 발광층은 ZnO : Zn로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 디스플레이 장치.
