Abstract
본 발명은, 축부착법에 의한 유리모재의 제조장치에 있어서, 스우트부착시에 발생하는 진동을 최소한이 되도록 하여 스우트체의 제조를 안정되게 행하는 것을 목적으로 한 것이며, 그 구성에 있어서, 유리체(3)는 코어와 그 주위에 클래득 형성되어 있다. 클래드는, 필요한 두께의 일부만이 형성된 것이다. 근복막대(2)를 구동용모터(5)의 축에 지지해서, 소정의 속도로 회전시키면서 버어너(8)에 의해 유리체(3)의 주위에 또 클래드로 되는 스우트체(4)를 퇴적시킨다. 유리체(3)의 선단부근처에 진동센서(7)가 배치되어 있다. 구동용모터(5)는, 모터제어부(8)에 의해, 소정의 일정속도로 제어되어서 회전한다. 퇴적중의 스우트체(4)에 진동이 발생한 경우는, 진동센서(7)로부터의 출력을 모터제어부(8)가 받아서, 모터(5)의 회전속도를 변경시킨다. 스우트체(4)의 회전속도가 변경됨으로써, 공진상태로부터 빠져나올수 있게한 것을 특징으로한 것이다.

Claims (1)
- 축부착법에 의한 유리모재의 제조장치에 있어서, 스우트(Soot)체를 회전시키는 회전구동수단과, 상기 스우트체의 지동을 검지하는 짐동검지수단과, 상기 회전구동수단의 회전속도를 제어하는 제어수단을 가지고, 상기 제어수단은 상기 진동검지수단의 검지출력에 의거하여 상기 회전수단의 회전속도를 변화시키도록 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유리모재의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
