Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 재료로 만들어진 연결 시트를 위한 평탄화 방법을 나타낸다. 상기 플라스틱 시트의 용접 단부는 두 개의 플래튼사이에 놓이고, 상기 플래튼은 플라스틱 재료를 분자 구조방향의 흩뜨러짐 없이 연화시키기에 충분한 양으로 플라스틱 재료의 온도를 올리기 위해 가열된다. 상기 플래튼은 상기 시트가 단일의 시트 두께와 같은 두께를 갖는 비교적 평탄하고 연속적인 연결부를 제공항 때까지 열을 가함과 동시에 충분한 압력으로 가압된다. 마지막으로, 상기 플래튼은 냉각되고 그러므로써 상기 연결된 시트를 냉각시킨다.

Claims (11)
- 예정된 두께의 평행한 분자 구조방향을 갖는 열가소성 재료 시트의 단부사이에 있으며 재료의 이중두께와 제1길이를 갖는 연접부의 용접부 평탄화 방법에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 재료를 연화시키기 위해 가열 및 가압하는 단계와 상기 연결 영역의 이중 두께를 감소시키고 그 길이를 증가시키기 위해 상기 열가소성 재료를 유동시키는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 가열은 열가소성 재료의 분자 구조방향을 물리적으로 붕괴시키지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접부 평탄화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 연결부는 용접에 의해 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하기는 용접부 평탄화 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이중 두께를 감소시킨 후, 연결 영역상에 압력을 유지하면서 상기 연결 영역을 냉각시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용접부 평탄화 방법.
- 열가소성 재료로 만들어진 시트사이에 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 플래튼사이에 상기 연결부를 놓으며, 플래튼을 가열시킴으로써 상기 연결부를 연화시키고, 평평한 연결부를 형성할 때까지 가열을 유지하면서 상기 플래튼을 함께 가압함으로써 연결부를 연화시키도록 압력을 가하며, 압력을 유지한태로 상기 플래튼을 냉각시키므로써 평탄화된 연결부를 냉각시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플래튼은 275℉내지 325℉(129℃ 내지 148℃) 범위의 온도로 전기적으로 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 플래튼은 10톤 내지 20톤의 압력이 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 열 및 압력은 15초 내지 60초사이에 예정시간동안 상기 플래튼에 가해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 냉각 단계는 상기 플래튼을 통한 물의 순환과 공기의 순환 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 시트 재료는 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 평탄화된 연결부를 형성하기 위한 방법.
- 열가소성 재료의 시트사이의 연결부를 평탄화하기 위한 방법에 있어서, 재료의 이중 두께를 제공하기 위해 시트의 인접 단부를 중첩시키고, 상기 시트의 중첩 단부를 함께 용접시키며, 상기 중첩 단부를 평탄화함으로써 이중 두께를 단일 두께로 감축시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 연결부를 평탄화하기 위한 방법.
- 예정된 두께의 제1시트부와 예정된 두께의 제2시트부와, 상기 제1 및 제2시트부사이의 평탄화된 연결부를 포함하며, 상기 연결부를 상기 제1 및 제2시트부의 중첩 단부를 구비하고, 상기 단부는 초기에 제1의 예정된 길이로 구성되며, 상기 평탄화된 연결부의 상기 단부는 예정된 두께의 대략 절반의 두께를 갖으며 실질적으로 증가된 길이로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 열가소성 시트.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
