- 서로 평행하게 연장된 림뿐만 아니라 용접가능한 플라스틱의 내측면 및 외측면을 갖는 박판사이트로부터 특히 포장튜브용 관상체를 제조하기 위해 열에 의하여 서로 밀봉접합될 림을 따라 중복되는 단부들을 갖는 튜브가 축상에 형성되도록 길이방향의 축선을 갖는 축 둘레에 계속적으로 박판시이트를 밀고, 내측벨트 및 외측벨트로 구성되는 두 무한벨트 수단사이에 서로 중복되는 단부들을 압착하고, 상기 축에 대한 길이방향 축선을 따라 상기 벨트를 이동하는 단계로 구성되고 따라서 성형된 관상체 및 두 단부의 림의 절단부는 용접열이 가해진 후 및 압착시 내측벨트내에 형성된 길이방향으로 외부로 개방된 흠에서 최소한 부분적으로 압착되는 것을 특징으로 하는 관상체 제조용 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 삽입된 층들중 한층이 금속층로된 다층 박판시이트는 두 중복되는 단부들의 금속층을 고주파 방열에 의해 유도가열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 한 벨트가 상기 단부를 끌어들이기 전에 상기 벨트들중 한 벨트를 예열하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 금속벨트가 형성될 튜브가 접촉하기 전에 고주파 방열에 의하여 온도 예열되는 내측벨트로서 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속벨트가 고주파 방열에 의해 용접에 필요한 온도까지 유도가열되는 상기 벨트로서 기능을 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 두 벨트의 가열은 상기 벨트들이 형성될 튜브와 접촉하기 전에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 외측벨트의 가열은 용접면에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 서로 평행하게 연장된 림뿐만 아니라 용접가능한 플라스티의 내측면 및 외측면을 갖는 박판시이트로부터 특히 포장튜브용 관상체를 제조하기 위하여 길이방향 축선을 갖는 축, 림을 따라 중복되는 단부를 갖는 시이트로부터 튜브를 형성하기 위하여 상기 축선방향으로 상기 축둘레에 상기 시이트를 계속적으로 감는 수단, 중복되는 단부들을 서로 밀봉접착하는 수단, 중복되는 단부를 압축하기 위하여 상기 축에 대해 상기 축의 축선방향으로 회전가능하게 구동되도록 배치된 두 무한벨트 수단으로 구성된 장치에 있어서, 성형될 관상체내에서 회전하는 내측벨트는 성형될 관상체의 중복되는 단부를 최소한 부분적으로 도입하기 위한 길이방향의 홈으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서, 중복되는 단부를 서로 밀봉접착하는 수단은 성형될 관상체의 중복되는 단부쪽으로 용접열을 발생하기 위해 고주파 에너지를 발산하는 수단으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 최소한 내측벨트는 강으로 이루어지고 튜브성형부 외측에 고주파에너지에 의해 내측벨트를 유도예열 또는 단독으로 유도가열하기 위한 내측벨트쪽으로 향한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서, 외측밸트는 강으로 이루어지고 튜브성형부 앞 또는 용접부내에서 고주파 에너지에 의해 상기 외측벨트를 단독으로 유도가열하는 외측벨트쪽으로 향한 수단이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 제8항 내지 제11항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성형된 튜브와 함께 움직이는 냉각벨트는 튜브의 이동방향에서 보이는 외측벨트의 다음에 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
