Abstract

본 발명은 흡수성수지입자 100중량부와 50∼200℃의 온도에서 접착성을 발현하는 수지분말 0.5∼30중량부로 이루어진 흡수제에 관한 것이다. 또 본 발명은, 흡수성 수지입자, 50∼200℃의 온도에서 접착성을 발현하는 수지분말 및 섬유상기재로 이루어지며, 수지분말의 열접착성을 발현하는 온도를 넘는 온도에서 처리하므로써, 이 수지를 개재해서 흡수성수지입자와 섬유상기재가 고착된 흡수재료 및 이것을 사용한 흡수성물품에 관한 것이다.
본 발명의 흡수제는, 흡수성수지가 본래가진 흡수특성을 유지한 그대로, 섬유에 대한 고착성에 뛰어난 흡수재를 얻게된다. 따라서, 종리기저귀, 생리용품등의 위생재료용의 원료로서 유용하다.
또, 본 발명의 흡수재료는, 흡수성능, 흡수속도, 흡수후의 형상유지성에 뛰어난다. 따라서, 종이기저귀, 생리용품등의 흡수성물품에 유용한 것이다.

Claims (17)

  1. 흡수성수지입자(A)와 융점이 50∼200℃의 온도에서 접착성을 발현하는 수지분말(B)로 이루어지며,흡수성수지입자(A) 100중량부에 대한 수지분말(B)의 양이 0.5∼30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지분말(B)의 융점이 60∼180℃인것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 수지분말(B)이 300μ 이하의 입작직경의 수지분말인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A) 100중량부에 대한 수지분말(B)의양이 1∼20중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  5. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지분말(B)이 통상의 물에 24시간 접촉시켜도 용해 혹은 가수분해해서 용해하지 않는 수지인것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  6. 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수지분말(B)이 저분자량폴리올레핀수지, 카르복시산변성폴리올레핀수지, 올레핀-아크릴산공중합체 및 올레핀-무수말레산공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 적어도 1종인것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  7. 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 초기흡수율이 40% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  8. 제 1 항 내지 제 7 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A)와 수지분말(B)을 혼합후 또는 혼합시에 가열처리해서, 상기 수지분말(B)이 흡수성수지입자(A)의 표면에 부분적으로 고착되어서 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수제.
  9. 흡수성수지입자(A), 융점이 50∼200℃의 온도에서 접착성을 발현하는 수지분말(B) 및 섬유상기재(C)로 이루어지고, 수지분말(B)의 접착성을 발현하는 온도 이상에서 열처리하므로서 수지분말(B)를 개제해서 흡수성수지입자(A)와 섬유상기재(C)가 고착되어서 이루어진것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 수지분말(B)의 융점이 60∼180℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  11. 제 9 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A) 100중량부에 대한 수지분말(B)의 양이 0.5∼30중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  12. 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A) 100중량부에 대한 수지분말(B)의 양이 1∼20중량부인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  13. 제 9 항 내지 제 12 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A)와 섬유상기재(C)의 비가 중량비에서 30:70∼90:10인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  14. 제 9 항 내지 제 13 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 흡수성수지입자(A)의 섬유상기재(C)에의 고착율이 50중량% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  15. 제 9 항 내지 제 14 항의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 섬유상기재(C)가 셀룰로스계섬유, 유기계합성섬유 및 유기계합성섬유와 셀룰로스계 섬유와의 혼합물로 이루어진 군으로 선택되는 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  16. 제 15항에 있어서, 상기 유기계합성섬유가 칼집심형, 편심형 및 병일형에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 열융착성복합섬유로서, 상기 열융착성복합섬유의 저융점성분의 융점이 50∼180℃인것을 특징으로 하는 흡수재료.
  17. 청구범위 제 9 항 내지 제 16 항의 어느 한 항에 기재된 흡수재료를 사용한 것을 특징으로 하는 흡수성물품.
