Abstract
본 발명은 고흡수성 수지의 표면에 접착성 바인더를 통하거나 직접적으로 열가소성 수지를 융착 또는 고착시켜 복합화시킨 고 흡수성 수지 조성물에 관한 것이며, 그의 조성은 고흡수성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 열가소성 수지 1~100 중량부이다. 본 발명의 고흡수성 수지 조성물을 사용하면, 고흡수성 수지를 섬유질 기재에 강력하게 접착시킬 수 있고, 흡수후에도 코흡수성 수지를 안정하게 유지하는 흡수성 재료를 수득할 수 있다. 따라서 섬유질 기재등의 기재에 고흡수성 수지를 종래보다 많은 양으로 부유시킬 수 있고, 종이 기저귀 및 생리대등의 위생 재료 및 농원예, 식품용등의 기타 산업자재의 흡수 재료와 같은 각종 용도에 적합한 흡수성 복합체를 제공할수 있다.

Claims (6)
- 고흡수성 수지의 표면에, 접착성 바인더를 통하여 열가소성 수지를 융착 또는 고착하여 복합화한 고흡수성 수지 조성물로서, 그의 조성이 고흡수성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 열가소성 수지 1~100 중량부, 접착성 바인더 고형분 1~75중량부인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 고흡수성 수지의 표면에 열가소성 수지를 융착 또는 고착하여 복합화한 고흡수성수지 조성물로서, 그조성이 고흡수성 수지 100 중량부에 대하여 열가소성 수지 1~100 중량부인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착성 바인더가 우레탄계접착제인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고흡수성 수지가 평균입경 5~1000㎛의 것이고, 열가소성 수지가 평균입경 1~800㎛의 입상물 또는 평균지름 1~400㎛, 평균길이 2~1000㎛의 섬유상물인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지의 융점이 50~200℃ 인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지의 연화점이 40~200℃ 인 고흡수성 수지 조성물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
