Abstract

가스화 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 함유한 그을음을 전환하는 방법으로서, 최종 생성물내 바나듐 펜톡사이드의 양이, 그을음내 존재하는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 기준으로 계산하여, 많아야 30중량% 이도록 하는 조건하에서 수행되는 산화 처리에 상기 그을음을 적용시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.

Claims (14)

  1. 가스화 방법에 의해 얻어질 수 있는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 함유하는 그을음을 전환하는 방법으로서, 최종생성물 내 바나듐 펜톡사이드의 양이 그을음 내 존재하는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 기준으로 계산하여, 많아야 30중량% 이도록 하는 조건하에서 수행되는 산화 처리에 상기 그을음을 적용시키는 것을 포함하는 방법.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 산화 처리를 노상(爐床)로 내에서 수행되는 방법.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 다중 노상 로를 사용하는 방법.
  4. 제1 내지 3항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 산화 처리를 1200℃ 이하 반응층 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, 산화처리를 700℃ 내지 900℃ 범위의 반응층 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1 내지 5항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 70중량% 까지, 바람직하게 35중량%까지 (건조 기준으로) 함유하는 그을음을 산화 처리에 적용시키는 방법.
  7. 제1 내지 5항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 실질적으로 건조한 그을음을 산화 처리에 적용시키는 방법.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 최종 생성물 내 바나듐 펜톡사이드의 양이, 그을음 내 존재하는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐을 기준으로 계산하여, 많아야 25중량%, 바람직하게는 15중량% 이하 이도록 하는 방법으로 산화 처리를 수행하는 방법.
  9. 제 1 내지 8항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 가스 유출물이 표준 조건의 온도 및 압력 하에서 공기를 기준으로 계산하여, 적어도 12부피%의 산소, 바람직하게 15부피% 이상의 산소를 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제1 내지 8항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 조절제의 존재하에 산화 처리를 수행하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 중기, 이산화탄소 또는 질소를 조절제로 사용하는 방법.
  12. 제1 내지 10항중 하나 이상의 항에 있어서, 산화제의 질량천이 계수 및 탄소 연소 속도 상수 간의 비율이 〈0.1 이게 하는 조건하에서 산화 처리를 수행하는 방법.
  13. 부분 산화 반응기내에서 산소 및 조절제의 존재하에 바나듐을 함유하는 탄화수소를 원료 합성 가스로 전환하고, 반응기를 이탈하고 하나 이상의 세척 단계에 의하여 반응기 출구 가스내 함유된 남아있는 잔류탄소를 제거하는 뜨거운 가스로 부터 고온의 증기를 생성하고, 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐 함유 그을음을 제1 내지 12항중 하나 이상이 항에 따른 방법에 적용시킴으로써 표준 조건의 온도 및 압력하에서 액체인 탄화수소를 전환하는 방법.
  14. 선행의 청구범위중 하나이상의 항에 따른 방법에 의하여 얻어지는, 바나듐 펜톡사이드를 많아야 30중량% 함유하는 부분적으로 산화된 바나듐.
