Abstract

본 발명은 포량감지 세탁기의 예약세제 투입장치와 방법에 관한 것으로, 세탁물의 양에 따른 적절한 세제투입이 되지 못하고 사용자가 임의로 판단하여 세제를 투입하므로서 세탁물량에 맞게 세제를 투입하지 못하여 사용자에 따라 세제를 낭비하는 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것이다.
본 발명의 이와같은 종래 문제점을 해결하기 위하여 예약세탁시 홀소자에 의한 즉각적인 포량센싱으로 수위 및 세제량을 결정하여 세제표시부에 세제투입량을 표시하므로서 사용자가 세탁물량에 맞는 세제를 투입하도록한 것으로, 세탁기에 적용한다.

Claims (2)

  1. 세탁모터(11)를 지지하는 회전축(12)에 체결된 다극마그네트(13)와, 상기 다극마그네트(13)와 대향되어 모터(11)의 회전속도를 감지하는 홀소자(14)와, 홀소자(14)에 의해 감지된 모터(11)의 잔류 회전속도에 따라 포량을 감지하는 포량센서부(5)와, 감지된 포량 신호를 파형정형하는 파형정형 회로부(16)와, 정형된 감지신호에 의해 포량을 감지하며 세탁기를 제어하는 마이컴(17)과, 마이컴(17)의 제어신호에 의해 세탁물량에 따른 세제량을 표시하는 세제표시부(18)로 구성된 포량감지 세탁기의 예약세제 투입장치.
  2. 예약세탁 설정시에 급수하지 않고 마른포 상태에서 세탁모터(11)를 회전시켜 그 잔류 회전력으로부터 포량을 감지하는 과정과, 감지된 포량에 따른 세탁수위를 결정하고, 수위 및 포량에 맞는 세제투입량을 세제표시부(18)에 표시하는 과정과, 사용자가 상기 과정에서 세제표시부(18)에 표시된 세제량에 따라 세제를 투입한후 예약 동작을 수행하는 과정으로 구성된 포량감지 세탁기의 예약세제 투입방법.
