Abstract

주변 습도 및 주변 온도에 노출시 일부 습식 경화 밀봉 조성물은 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체, 실란올 및 실란 교차결합제를 포함하는 교차결합된 실리콘-아크릴 중합체 네트워크를 형성하기 위해 경화된다. 알콕시 실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체는 아크릴 또는 메타아크릴산 또는 그의 알킬에스테르의 하나이상의 단량체와 알콕시실란 부분 또는 적합한 반응성 작용기 및 알콕시실란 부분을 가지는 화합물과 반응하는 아미노, 머캅토, 히드록실 또는 이소시아네이토 작용능이 있는 적어도 하나의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체와의 자유 라디칼 중합반응 생성물이다. 물이 없는 환경에서 중합되는 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가 실리콘 중합체 및 선택적인 다작용 실란 교차 결합제를 포함하는 실란올 용액과 혼합된다. 본 발명에 따른 조성물은 코크, 밀봉제 및 접착제로서 유용하며, 유리, 금속, 세라믹 또는 콘크리트 표면을 가지는 것을 포함하는 다양한 기판상에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (10)

  1. 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체, 반응성 실리콘을 포함하는 반응성 실란을 용액 및 선택적으로 실란 교차결합제를 포함하는 습식 경화 밀봉 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체 ;
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 모노머가 하기의 일반식으로 표현되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    [상기식에서, R이 수소원자 또는 메틸기이며, Q가 알킬렌 라디칼이고, a가 0또는 1이며, X가 약 C1내지 C4의 알콕시기이며, Z가 지방족 불포화기가 없는 약 C1내지 C7의 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이며, b가 1,2 또는 3이다.]
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가 이소시아네이토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체 및 알콕시 실란 부분과 이소시아네이토, 머킵토, 아미노 또는 히드록실 작용기를 가지는 화합물과의 반응 생성물이며, 이소이아네이토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크리산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 작용기를 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체가 이소시아네이토에틸-메타아크릴레이트인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가 아미노, 히드록실 또는 머캅토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체 및 알콕시실란 부분과 이소시아네이토 작용기를 가지는 화합물과의 반응 생성물이며, 아미노, 히드록실 또는 머캅토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체 ;
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  7. 제항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체,
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가 이소시아네이토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체 및 알콕시 실란 부분과 이소시아네이토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체,
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 경화 조성물.
  9. 제4항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 작용기를 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체가 m-이소프로페닐-α-α-디메틸벤질이소시아네이트 또는 이소시아네이토에틸-메타아크릴레이트이며, 알콕시실란 부분 및 이소시안네이토, 머캅토, 아미노 또는 히드록실 작용기를 가지는 화합물이 γ-아미노프로필-트리메톡시 실란인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 알콕시실란 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가 아미노, 히드록실 또는 머캅토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체 및 알콕시실란 부분과 이소시아네이토 작용기를 가지는 화합물과의 반응 생성물이며, 아미노, 히드록실 또는 머캅토 작용기화 아크릴 중합체가
    a) 아크릴산, 메타아크릴산, 아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르 및 메타아크릴산의 알킬 에스테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 하나이상의 단량체,
    b) 알콕시 실란 부분을 가지는 적어도 하나의 비닐 첨가 단량체, 및 선택적으로
    c) 비닐 치환 방향족 화합물 및 모노올레핀으로 이루어진 그룹에서 선택되는 하나이상의 다른 비닐 첨가 단량체의 자유 라디칼 중합 반응 생성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 경화 조성물.
