Claims (10)

  1. 하기 일반 구조식을 가지는 화합물 :
    상기 식에서, X및 X1은 각각 독립적으로 0 또는 S이고 ; R은 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬, 또는 하나 이상의 C1-C4알킬기로 이의로 치환된 C3-C12시클로알킬 또는 폴리시클로알킬이고 ; R1은 C3-C8시클로알킬, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 C1-C8알킬, 하나 이상의 할로겐, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4할로알킬로 임의로 치환된 벤질, 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬, 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 페닐이고 ; R2는 수소 또는이고 ; R3는 수소, OR4, NR5R6, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 C1-C6알킬, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 C3-C8시클로알킬, 하나 이상의 할로겐 원자로 임의로 치환된 C2-C6알케닐, 또는 하나 이상의 할로겐, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 페닐이고, R4는 C1-C6알킬이고 ; R5및 R6은 각각 독립적으로 수소, C1-C6알킬, 또는 하나 이상의 할로게, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 페닐이고 ; n은 1, 2, 3 또는 4에 정수이며, M은 알칼리금속, 알칼리토금속, 잔이금속, 붕소, 또는 알루미늄이다.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, X는 O이고 ; X1은 S이고 ; R은 C1-C6알킬이고 ; R1은 C1-C8알킬이고 ; R2는 수소 또는이고 ; R3는 하나 이상의 할로겐, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 페닐이고 ; n은 2 또는 3의 정수이며 ; M은 철, 아연 또는 구리인 화합물.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, n,3,3-트리메틴-2-옥소-1-티오부티로히드록삼산 철(+3) 킬레이트 ; N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로히드록삼산 구리(+2) 킬레이트 ; N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로히드록삼산 아연(+2) 킬레이트 ; 및 N,3,3-트레메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로히드록사메이트의 p-클로로 벤조에이트 에스테트로부터 선택되는 화합물.
  4. 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 하기 일반 구조식을 가지는 화합물 :
    (여기서, X, X1, R, R1R2, M 및 n은 제 1 항에서 서술됨)과 식물병원성 진균을 접촉시키는 것으로 구성되는, 식물병원성 진균에 의해 발생되는 질병을 예방, 방제 또는 회복시키는 방법.
  5. 제 4 항에 있어서, X는 O이고 ; X1은 S이고 ; R은 C1-C6알킬이고 ; R1은 C1-C8알킬이고 ; R2는 수소 또는이고 ; R3는 하나 이상의 할로겐, CN, NO2, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 또는 C1-C4할로알킬기로 임의로 치환된 페닐이고 ; n은 2 또는 3의 정수이며 ; M은 철, 아연 또는 구리인 방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 화합물이 N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오투티로 히드록삼산 철(+3)킬레이트 ; N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로 히드록삼산 구리(+2)킬레이트 ; N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로 히드록삼산 아연(+2)킬레이트 ; 및 N,3,3-트리메틸-2-옥소-1-티오부티로 히드록사메이트의 p-클로로벤조 에이트 에스테로로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제 5 항에 있어서, 모충 막멸제 적으로 효과적인 양의 하나 이상의 다른 모충박멸제의 동시 또는 연속적 적용을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 살균적으로 효과적인 양의 하기 일반 구조식을 가지는 화합물 :
