Abstract
본 발명은 오염성 유기물 또는 재생성 물질이 없는 깨끗한 유출물을 회수하기 위해 오염성 유기물 및/또는 무기 화합물을 함유하는 유출물을 처리하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
본 발명은, 제1도에서, (6)을 통해 나선형 통로를 따라 제1산화제를, (7)을 통해 연료를 제1구역(2)으로 도입하여 연소상을 형성하고; 연소상을 좁은 통로(11)를 통해 제2구역(13)으로 밀어넣어 대칭축을 갖는 맴돌이 웰을 그 위에 부여하고; 유출물을 맴돌이 웰의 축 대칭구역(9)으로 도입하는 유형이며; 이 방법은 제2산화제를 (10)을 통해 상기 축 대칭구역으로 추가 도입함을 특징으로 한다.

제1도는 본 발명의 방법의 범주내에서 사용될 수 있는 연소기의 도시적 단면도이고,
제2도는 본 발명의 방법을 이용한 장치의 도해이다.
Claims (10)
- 제1산화액 및 연소액을 제1구역으로 도입하여 (이들 유체의 하나 이상은 나선형 통로를 따라 도입됨) 연소상을 형성하고; 연소상을 좁은 통로를 통해 제2구역으로 밀어넣어 대칭축을 갖는 맴돌이 웰을 그 위에 부여하고; 유기물 또는 무기 화합물 또는 그 혼합물을 함유하는 유출물을 맴돌이 웰의 축 대칭구역으로 도입하는 유형의 유출물 처리법에 있어서; 제2산화액을 맴돌이 웰의 축 대칭구역으로 추가 도입함을 특징으로 하는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유출물 및 제2산화액의 하나 이상의 맴돌이 웰의 대칭구역으로 축방향으로 도입되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유출물 및 제2산화액이 대칭구역으로 동축으로 도입되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유출물이 무기 화합물로 염, 예컨대 황산염, 특히 황산 나트륨을 함유하는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 잔존 황산이 유출물로서 처리되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 함황 유기물을 함유하는 유출물이 처리되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 메티오닌 제조시 생성되는 유출물, 특히 메티오닌 결정화시 모액이 처리되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유출물 이동량에 대한 연소상 이동량의 비가 100 이상, 바람직하게는 1,000∼10,000인 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제2구역에서 수득된 제2상이 제2구역의 출구에서 침액처리되는 유출물 처리법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산소가 제2산화액으로 사용되는 유출물 처리법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
