Abstract

폴리숙신이미드를 제조하는 방법이 제공된다.
약 160℃~330℃의 온도로 말레암산을 열중합하여 폴리숙신이미드를 제조한다.
이 반응은 임의적으로 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제, 용제 혹은 희석제의 존재하에 수행된다.
이 폴리숙신이미드는 세제 첨가제로써 특히 유용하다.

Claims (20)

  1. 말레암산을 약 160℃~330℃온도로 가열함, 을 포함하는 폴리숙신이미드 제조방법.
  2. 1항에 있어서, 상기 온도는 약 165℃~280℃임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 1항에 있어서, 상기 말레암산은 약 2분~6시간, 약 160℃~330℃온도로 가열됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 1항에 있어서, 상기 말레암산은 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제의 존재하에 있음을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제는 제오라이트, 술페이트, 카보네이트, 실리케이트, 점토(clay), 유리비드(glassbeads), 중합체 과립 및 폴리카복실레이트로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제는 제오라이트, 소디움 술페이트, 소디움 실리케이트, 실리카겔, 마그네슘 스테아레이트, 알킬나프탈렌 술포네이트, 시트르산 및 폴리숙신하나미드로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제는 제오라이트, 소디움 술페이트, 소디움실 리케이트, 시트르산 및 폴리숙신이미드로 부터 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제는 말레암산에 대한 공정조제의 중량비가 약 100:1~1:100이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 4항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 공정조제는 말레암산에 대한 공정조제의 중량비가 약 50:1~1:50이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 1항에 있어서, 상기 말레암산은 하나 혹은 그 이상의 희석제에 현탁(suspend)됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 10항에 있어서, 상기 희석제는 테트라 하이드로나프탈렌, 음이온성 계면활성제, 양이온성 계면활성제 및 쯔비터이온성(Zwitterionie)계면활성제로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 10항에 있어서, 상기 희석제는 테트라하이드로나프탈렌임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 10항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 희석제는 말레암산에 대한 희석제의 중량비가 100:1~1:100이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 10항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 희석제는 말레암산에 대한 희석제의 중량비가 50:1~1:50이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 1항에 있어서, 상기 말레암산이 하나 혹은 그 이상의 용제에 용해됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 15항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 용제는 N-메틸피롤리디논, 술포란, 디메틸 술폭시드 및 디메틸 포름아미드로 구성되는 그룹에서 선택됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 15항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 용제는 말레암산에 대한 용제의 중량비가 약 100:1~1:100이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 15항에 있어서, 상기 하나 혹은 그 이상의 용제는 말레암산에 대한 용제의 중량비가 약 50:1~1:50이 되는 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 청구범위 1의 방법에 의해 제조된 폴리숙신이미드.
