Abstract

기계 및 전기적 전력이 통합된 연소와 스텀터빈에 따른 부분산화공정에 의한 합성연료가스에 따라 생산된다. 가스소비자를 위해 파이프 라인에 공급하기 위한 부산물 기화 액화 천연가스가 부분산화가스화와 가스크리닝 및 정화영역으로부터의 열함유흐름에 따른 열변환에 의해 얻어지고; 연소 및/또는 스팀터빈영역으로부터의 열함유흐름으로부터 임의적으로 상기 부분산화처리와 통합된다. 연소터빈 배기가스로부터의 열이(1) 스팀터빈에서 사용하기 위한 과열스팀과; (2) 농축된 부가적 메탄의 존재여부에 따라 깨끗한 황이 없는 합성연료가스를 포화시킨 미리 가열된 물; (3) 상기 부분산화영역을 위해 미리 가열한 산소가스 및; (4) 기화된 LNG에 따라 이용된다. 공기압축기의 전, 중간, 후단계가 LNG와 함께 간접 가열변환에 의해 냉각됨으로써 따뜻해지거나 기화된다.

Description

액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 다양한 처리예를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (12)

  1. (1)(a) 합성연료가스로 이루어진 유출가스의 생산을 위해 부분산화가스화와 가스크리닝 및 정화영역으로 부터의 열함유흐름 및/또는, (b)(a) 여역과 통합된 연소 및/또는 스팀터빈영역으로부터의 열함유흐름에 따른, 간접 열변환에 의해 LNG를 가화시키거나 액화 또는 기화된 LNG를 워밍하는 단계와; (2) 배기가스를 발생시키기 위해 공기와 임의의 질소에 따라 가스터빈의 연소실에서 기화된 LNG와 혼합되거나 혼합되지 않고서 (1)로부터의 상기 유출가스흐름을 태우는 단계 및; (3) 기계적 전력 및/또는 전기를 생산하기 위해 팽창터빈에서 상기 배기가스를 팽창시키는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이크를 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, (1)에서의 상기 열함유흐름이, (a) 약 66℃~316℃(150℉~ 600℉)범위의 온도를 갖춘 감압된 냉각용 온수로부터의 냉각용온수(여기서, 냉각용 온수는 (1)(a)로부터의 합성연료가스로 이루어진 상기 유출가스흐름을 냉각시키는데 사용된다) 및/또는 순간 가스 및 스팀과, (b) 보일러공급수와 (1)로부터의 유출가스흐름간에서 간접 열변환에 의해 생산된 스팀, (c)(1)(b)에서의 상기 통합된 스팀터빈영역으로 부터의 스팀응축, (d)(1)(a)로부터 상기 유출가스흐름을 크리닝하는데 사용되는 세정수, (e)(1)(b)의 상기 통합된 연소터빈으로 부터의 배기가스, (f)(1)의 상기 가스정화영역으로부터의 농축된 산-가스 용매흡수제와 스팀간에서 간접 열변환에 의해 생성된 응축물, (g) 산소가 없는 가스 및, (h) 상기 혼합물로 구성된 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 워밍이 2개 이상의 상기 열함유흐름에 따른 열변환에 의해 일련의 2개 이상의 열변환기에서 야기되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열변환기를 통해 상기 열함유흐름이 지나는 단계가 (1) 산소가 없는 가스와, (2) 물함유흐름 및, (3) 스팀-함유흐름의 순서에 따르도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 태우는 단계가 물에 CO2가 포화되는가의 여부에 따른 (1)(a)로부터의 정화된 유출가스와의 혼합물인 것에 대해 (2)에서 상기 연소실의 (1)로부터의 상기 기화된 LNG의 적어도 일부분인 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (1)로부터의 기화된 LNG를 가스소비자에게 분배하기 위해 파이프 라인에 도입하는 단계를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 단계(2) 이전에 H2+CO2함유량을 증가시키도록 (1)(a)로부터의 유출가스흐름에 대해 물-가스를 이동시키는 단계를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제4항에 있어서, (1)로부터의 세정과 냉각 및 탈수된 합성연료가스에 따른 간접 열변환에 의해 LNG를 기화시키고, 전기전력을 생산하기 위해 팽창터빈에서 기화된 LNG를 팽창시키는 단계를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 포화된 스팀에 따라 간접 열변환에서 (3)으로부터의 배기가스가 지나는 단계를 제공함으로써 과열된 스팀을 생산하도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료 가스에 따른 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 약 427℃~871℃(800℉~1600℉)범위의 온도에서 일단에 도입되고, 다수의 냉각흐름에 따라 간접 열변환으로 지나면서 약 38℃~121℃(100℉~250℉)범위의 온도에서 상기 배기가스 냉각기의 타단에서 떠나는 상기 배기가스가 통하는 원통 형쉘로 이루어진 배기가스 냉각수단을 통해 (3)에서의 팽창터빈을 떠나는 배기가스가 지나는 단계를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 다른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 처리가, (A) LNG에 따라 간접 열변환에 의해 공기분리부에 대해 공기압축기의 냉각기 전, 중간, 후에서 공기를 냉각시킴으로써 상기 LNG를 워밍하는 단계와, (B) 산소의 액체흐름과 질소의 기체흐름으로 공기분리부에서 (1)로부터의 냉각된 공기를 분리하는 단계, (C) 연소터빈으로부터의 배기가스에 따른 간접 열변환에 의해 가열되는 열전송유동체에 따라 간접 열변환에 의해 상기 산소흐름을 가열 및 가스화하는 단계, (D)뜨거운 연료가스의 상기 유출가스흐름과 상기 연료가스의 유출흐름을 물과 함께 냉각크리닝, 세정, 포화를 발생시키도록 온도조절기와 함께 또는 없이 부분산화 가스발생기의 반응영역에서 액체탄화수소질연료, 고체탄화질연료 또는 기체탄화수소연료에 따라 (3)으로부터의 상기 산소기체흐름을 반응시키는 단계 및, (E) 가스터빈의 연소실에서 압축된 공기가 아니라 (A)로부터의 LNG 및/또는 (B)로부터의 질소와의 혼합물 또는 혼합물없이 연료가스의 상기 유출흐름을 태움과 더불어 기계적 전력 및/또는 전기에너지를 발생시키기 위해 팽창터빈을 통해 결과적 배기가스를 방출하는 단계로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, LNG를 워밍하기 위해 액체 LNG를 간접 열변환에 의해 순차적으로 냉각시키는 열변환유동체에 따라 간접 열변환에 의해 이슬점 이하의 온도로 (5)에서의 상기 팽창터빈으로부터의 배기가스를 냉각시키는 단계와, 노크아웃 포트에서 상기 냉각된 배기가스로부터 나온 물을 응축 및 분리하는 단계 및, Na와 K, Mg 및 그 혼합물로부터의 금속의 탄소나 중탄소를 상기 노크아웃 포트의 물웅덩이에 도입시키고, 물용융 아황산염, 질산염 및 아질산염을 생산하며, 세정된 배기가스를 방출하는 단계를 제공하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액화천연가스와 합성연료 가스에 따른 복합전력사이클을 이용한 전력생산 처리방법.
