Abstract

본 발명은 장식효과를 갖는 성형품 제조용 폴리프로필렌 성형조성물에 관한 것이다.
0.5 내지 18㎜의 섬유 길이를 갖는, 탄소섬유 0.3 내지 3중량%를 함유하는 폴리프로필렌 성형조성물은 장식 효과를 갖는 성형품으로 전환시킬 수 있다. 이들 성형품은 특히, 자동차의 인테리어에 사용될 뿐만 아니라 다른 적용에도 적합하다.

Claims (4)

  1. 성형조성물은 기준으로, 프로필렌의 중합체 및 0.5 내지 18㎜의 섬유 길이를 갖는 탄소섬유 0.3 내지 3중량%를 함유하는 장식 효과를 갖는 성형품 제조를 위한 프로필렌 성형 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, a)10중량%이하의 에틸렌과 함께 95 내지 50중량%의 아이소택틱 폴리프로필렌 또는 프로필렌의 공중합체, b)폴리프로필렌과 혼화성이 고무-유사 공중합체 5 내지 50중량%, c)강화용 충전제 10 내지 50중량% d) a), b) 및 c)의 합을 기준으로 0.5 내지 18㎜의 섬유 길이를 갖는 탄소 섬유 0.3 내지 3중량%를 포함하는 성형 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 보강용 충전제가 탈크, 백악, 유리섬유 또는 유리 비이드인 성형조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기재 중합체가 옅은 기본 색조를 띄는 성형 조성물.
