Abstract
(A) 폴리에스테르 조성물이 (a) 융점이 210 내지 245℃인 방향족 코폴리에스테르, (b) 평균입자 직경이 0.05내지 0.6㎛인 제1불활성 고체 미립자 및 (c) 평균입자 직경이 0.3내지 2.5㎛인 제2불할성 고체 미립자를 함유하고, 여기서, 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경에 대한 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경의 비가 2.5이상이고, 성분 (b) 및 (c)의 양이, 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 총량을 기준하여, 각각 0.01 내지 3중량%및 0.001 내지 0. 2중량%이면서 (B) 폴리에스테르 필름의 면배향 계수가 0.08내지 0. 16이고: (C) 폴리에스테르 필름이 금속판에 적층시켜 심교 가공(deep drawing)을 행하였을 때 우수한 성형 가공성을 보여주는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에스테르 조성물로 이루어진 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
우수한 내열성과 향-보유성을 갖는 음료수. 음식용 등의 캔은 상기 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름을 금속관 상에 적층시켜 제조될 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- (A) 폴리에스테르 조성물이 (a) 융점이 210 내지 245℃인 방향족 코폴리에스테르. (b) 평균입자 직경이 0.05 내지 0.6㎛인 제1불활성 고체 미립자 및 (c) 평균입자 직경이 0.3 내지 2.5㎛인 제2불활성 고체 미립자를 함유하고, 여기서, 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경에 대한 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경의 비가 2.5 이상이고, 성분 (b) 및 (c)의 양이, 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 총량을 기준하여, 각자 0.01 내지 3중량%및 0.001 내지 0.2중량%이면서; (B) 폴리에스테르 필름의 면배향 계수가 0.08내지 0.10이고; (C) 폴리에스테르 필름이 금속판에 적층시켜 심교 가공 (deep drawing)을 행하였을 때 우수한 성형 가공성을 보여 주는 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에스테르 조성물로 이루어진 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방족 코폴리에스테르의 융점이 215 내지 240℃인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 코폴리에스테르의 유리전이 전도가 60℃이상인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 방향족 코폴리에스테르가 주요 반복단위로서 에틸렌테레프탈레이트 및 보조 반복단위로서 에틸렌 이소프탈레이트를 함유하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경이 0.08 내지 0.50㎛인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 다음 부등식으로 나타내는 관계가 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경과 중량비 사이에 존재하는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름 : 0.0072d-0.65≤C≤0.80d-0.44(여기서, d는 평균입자 직경(㎛)이고 C는 중량비 (중량%)이다)
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 중량비가 0. 1 내지 1중량%인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 입자 직경비 (단직경에 대한 장직경의 비)가 1.0 내지 1.2인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경이 0.4 내지 2㎛인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 중량비가 0.002 내 지 0. 1중량%인 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 면 배향 계수가 0.09 내지 0.15인 이축배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 철판에 적층시키고 심교 가공을 행할 때 심교 가공성 - (2)가 0.ImA이하임을 보여주는 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름.
- 폴리에스테르 조성물이 (a) 융점이 210 내지 245℃인 방향족 코폴리에스테르, (b) 평균입자 직경이 0.05 내지 0.6㎛인 제1불활성 고체 미립자 및 (c) 평균입자 직경이 0.3내지 2.5㎛인 제2불활성 고체 미립자를 함유하고, 제1불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경에 대한 제2불활성 고체 미립자의 평균입자 직경의 비가 2. 5이상이고 성분 (b) 및 (c)의 양이, 성분 (a), (b) 및 (c)의 총량을 기준하여, 각각 0.01 내지 3중량% 및 0.001 내지 0.2 중량%이면서, 폴리에스테르 필름의 면배향 계수가 0.08 내지 0.16인 것을 특징으로 하는, 폴리에스테르 조성물로 이루어진 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 금속판 적층용으로서의 용도.
- 제13항에 있어서, 금속판 상에 적층시키고 심교 가공을 행하여 금속캔으로 제조하기 위한 필름으로서 이축 배향 폴리에스테르 필름의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 리초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임
