Abstract

본 발명은 액체용기를 사용하는 동안 유로에 남아 있던 액체를 제거할 뿐만 아니라 액체용기의 유로를 소제할 수 있어서 용기의 위생적이고 안전한 작동을 제공하는 액체용기용 플러그장치에 관한 것이다. 본 플러그장치는 외부플러그부재와 분리가능하게 결합되는 내부플러그부재로 구성된다. 그 부재들이 조립되면 용기에 저장된 액체에 접근할 수 있게 유로가 자동적으로 형성된다.
내부플러그부재에 설치된 누름버튼을 누르면 플런저장치 바닥에 위치한 개구부가 개방되어 용기의 내부공간이 내부액체통로를 경유하여 유로와 연결된다. 이상태에서 용기를 기울이면 용기로 부터 액체를 배출시킬수 있다. 배출이 완료되면 이 용기를 똑바로 세우면 유로에 있는 액체는 내부플러그부재에 형성된 테이퍼면을 경유하여 용기의 내부로 흘러서 유로에는 액체가 전혀 남아 있지 않게 된다. 플런저장치가 다시 작동되면 개구부가 폐쇄되어 안전한 작동을 제공하여, 잔존하는 액체에 의한 잔재적인 오염원이 제거되었기 때문에 용기에 저장된 액체의 품질을 유지할수 있게 된다.

Claims (2)

  1. 외부플러그부재(2)와 내부플러그부재(3)로 구성되는 용기본체(10)의 수밀을 제공하는 플러그장치에 있어서, 상기 내부플러그부재(3)는 상기 용기본체(10)의 내부공간과 통하는 링형상의 다수의 내부액체통로(70)와 : 상기 내부액체통로(70)들의 개구부(22)를 개폐하기 위한 밸브부재(23)와 : 상기 개구부를 개폐하도록 상기 밸브부재(23)를 움직이게 하기 위해 조작되는 플런저장치(8)들로 구성되며, 상기 내부플러그부재(3)의 링형상의 벽주(24)의 외면이, 상기 외부플러그부재(2)의 내면(2a)과 분리가능하게 결합하여서 액체의 유동통로의 역할을 하고, 상기 내부플러그부재(3)의 내부액체통로(70)들을 외부주위와 통하도록 상기 내부플러그부재(3)의 외주면과 상기 외부플러그부재(2)의 내주면에 의해 한정되는 공간을 형성함으로써, 상기 용기본체(10)에 저장된 액체를 배출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 내부액체통로(70)의 내부를 향해 경사진 테이퍼면이 상기 외벽부(24)의 상층면부(24a)부위에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 플러그장치.
