Abstract

본 발명은 앤티록 유압제어장치에 관한 것으로 마스터 실린더와 연결되어 있고 가압유체를 순환시키는 유압장치를 통해 브레이크 제어하는 전륜브레이크와 후륜 브레이크 마스터 실린더와 전륜 브레이크 사이에 위치한 전륜측 제어밸브 및 후륜측 제어밸브와 후륜 브레이크; 전륜측 제어밸브와 후륜측 제어밸브 사이에 위치한 리저버; 마스터 실린더와 후륜측 제어밸브 사이에 위치한 프로 포셔닝 밸브, 리저버에 연결되고 프로포셔닝 밸브와 후륜 제어밸브 사이에 연결된 배출구멍이 제공된 펌프를 구성하고 있다. 앤티록 제어가 시작될때, 펌프가 작동해서 가압유체를 후륜측 제어밸브에 배출시키므로서 후륜 브레이크 유압을 증가시켜 앤티록제어동안 후륜 브레이크에서의 불충분한 제동력의 문제점을 해결하고 제동력의 효율성을 향상 시킨다.

Claims (3)

  1. 가압유체를 분배하도록 마스터 실린더에 연결된 제1유압회로에 의해 브레이코 제어를 하게 하는 제1전륜브레이크와 제2전륜 브레이크와: 이 마스터 실린더와 제2전륜 사이의 제1전륜측 제어밸브와 제1후륜측 제어밸브와 가압유체의 유입을 이 제1전륜브레이크와 제1후륜 브레이크에 제어하는 상기 마스터 실린더 및 제1후륜 브레이크와; 이 제1전륜측 제어밸브와 제1후륜측 제어밸브 사이에 위치하여 제l전륜측 제어밸브와 제1후륜측 제어밸브로 부터 배출된 가압유체를 일시적으로 축적하는 제1리저버와; 이 마스터 실린더와 제1자유휠측 제어밸브 사이에 위치하여 제1전륜 브레이크에 대하여 제1후륜브레이크의 비례감압에 의해 브레이크 제어를 작동시키는 제1프로포셔닝밸브와; 이 제1리저버에 연결되어 제1프로포셔닝밸브와 제1후륜기억측 제어밸브에 연결된 배출구멍이 제공되어 있으며, 모우터에 의해 제1리저 버에 축적된 가압유체를 펌핑하고, 제1후륜기어측 제어밸브의 측에 배출하며, 앤티록제어가 시작할때 후륜측 제어 밸브의 브레이크 압력을 증가하도록 구동되는 제1펌프를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압제어장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 차의 제2유압장치는 제1유압장치의 구조와 동일하며, 상기 제2전륜브레이크 및 제2후륜브레이크와, 제2전륜측 제어밸브 및 제2후륜측 제어밸브와: 제2리저버; 제2프로포셔닝 밸브와, 일반 모우터에 의해 구동되는 제1유압장치 및 제2유압장치의 제2펌프와: 제1유압장치외 제1후륜측 제어밸브 및 제2유압장치의 제2후륜측 제어밸브의 브레이크 유압을 증가시키도록 앤티록 제어가 시작될때 이 모우터에 의해 동시에 구동되는 제1유압장치외 제1펌프 및 제2유압장치의 제2펌프가 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티록 유압제어장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 제3유압장치는 차의 제1유압장치와 다르며, 마스터 실린더에 연결되어 가압유체를 분배하는 유입장치에 의해 브레이크 제어를 하는 제3전륜브레이크 및 제3후륜 브레이크와: 마스터 실린더와 제3전륜브레이크 사이에 위치하여 제3전륜 브레이크에 대해 가압유체의 유입을 제어하는 제3전륜측 제어 밸브와: 마스터 실린더와 제3후륜 브레이크 사이에 위치하며 제1유압장치의 제1후륜 브레이크에 가해진 압력과 같은 압력을 제3유압장치의 제3후륜 브레이크에 전달하도록 제 1후륜측 제어 밸브와 제1후륜 브레이크에 연결된 카피 길브와; 제3전륜측 제어밸브와 카피밸브 사이에 위치하여 제3전륜측 제어밸브와 카피밸브로부터 배출된 가압유체를 일시적으로 축적하는 제3리저버: 제3리저버에 연결되어 있으며. 마스터 실린더와 카피밸브 사이에 연결된 배출구멍이 제공되어 제3리저버에 축적된 모우터 가압유체에 의해 펌프되고, 카피 밸브의 측에 배출되는 펌프가 제공되어 있고, 제1유압장치의 제1펌프와 제3유압장치의 제3펌프는 앤티록 제어가 시작될때 제1유압장치 제1후륜측 제어밸브와 제3유압장치의 카피밸브의 브레이크 유압을 증가시키도록 모우터에 의해 동시에 구동함과 동시에 제3유압장치의 카피밸브가 제1후륜 브레이크에 대해 제1유압장치의 제1후륜측 제어밸브에 의해 전달된 브레이크 유압과 같은 압력을 제3유압장치의 제3후륜브레이크에 전달하는 것을 특징으로 하는 앤티륵 유압제어장치.
