Abstract

본 발명의 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템은 데이타의 전송 효율을 향상시키는 동시에 데이타의 포맷변환을 용이하게 하고, 또 불연속으로 데이타가 재생되었을 경우에도 복호를 가능케한다.
본 발명의 대블록은 4개의 소블록(50)과 대블록 스타트코드(110) 및 대블록 헤더 (52)에 의하여 구성한다. 소블록(50)은 가변장 데이타(57), 소블록 헤더(103) 및 인트라 데이타장(56)을 가지고, 분기(1)에서는 이들의 데이타를 전송하고, 분기 (2)에서는 MB ESCAPE(102)를 전송하며, 분기(3)에서는 MB STUFF(59)를 전송하고, 분기(4)에서는 SKIP(101)를 전송한다. 이 분기에 의하여 데이타가 불연속으로 재생되는 경우에도 데이타의 복호가 가능하다.

제1도는 H.261의 권고안의 압축법을 설명하는 설명도,
제2도는 예측 부호화를 채용한 기록 재생 장치의 기록측을 도시하는 블록도,
제3도는 종래예에 있어서의 매크로블록의 구성을 도시하는 설명도,
제4도는 기록신호의 데이타 스트림을 도시하는 설명도,
제5도는 기록 재생 장치의 복호측(재생측)을 도시하는 블록도,
제6도는 VCR에 의하여 기록 매체상에 작성된 기록 트랙을 설명하는 설명도,
제7도는 MPEG 방식의 계층 구조를 설명하는 설명도,
제8도는 본 발명의 제1양태에 관한 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템의 한 실시예를 도시하는 설명도.

Claims (5)

  1. 입력 데이타의 부호화 단위인 블록이 적어도 하나이상의 집합에 의하여 구성하는 소블록과, 적어도 하나이상의 상기 소블록에 의하여 구성하고 선두에 그 데이타장을 표시하는 매크로블록 데이타장을 배열하는 매크로블록을 구비하고, 상기 소블록은 제1의 계로서 입력 데이타를 부호화 단위인 블록마다 가변장 부호화 함으로써 얻어지는 데이타가 적어도 하나 이상의 집합에 의하여 구성하는 가변장 데이타와, 이 가변장 데이타의 헤더 정보와, 그 데이타장을 표시하는 소블록 데이타장을 갖고, 제2의 계로서 조정 비트 데이타 및 그 데이타장을 가지며, 제3의 계로서 수정 지시 신호를 가지며, 상기 가변장 데이타의 부호화 특성에 의거한 계수에 상기 제1내지 제3의 계의 적어도 하나를 선택하기 위한 데이타를 포함시켜서 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템.
  2. 입력 데이타를 부호화 단위인 블록마다 가변장 부호화하여 출력하는 부호화 수단과, 이 가변장 부호화 수단의 출력으로 부터 데이타장을 계측하여 출력하는 데이타장 계측 수단과, 상기 부호화 수단의 출력에 대한 헤더 정보를 작성하여 출력하는 혜더 정보 작성 수단과. 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 블록에 의하여 소블록을 구성하고, 상기 부호화 수단의 출력, 상기 데이타장 계측수단의 출력 및 상기 헤더 정보 작성 수단의 출력을 제1의 계로서 패킷화하고, 제2의 계로서 소정의 조정 비트 데이타 및 그 데이타장의 정보를 패킷화하며, 제3의 계로서 수정지시 신호를 패킷화 하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 제1내지 제3의 계의 적어도 하나에 의하여 패킷화를 행하는 제1의 패킷 수단과, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 소블록에 의하여 매크로블록을 구성하고, 상기 제1의 패킷수단의 출력에 상기 데이타장 계측수단의 출력 및 상기 헤더 정보 작성 수단의 출력을 패킷화하여 출력하는 제2의 패킷수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템.
  3. 입력 데이타의 부호화 단위인 블록이 적어도 하나 이상의 집합에 의하여 구성하는 소블록과, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 소블록에 의하여 구성하고 선두에 그 데이타 위치를 표시하는 특수 코드를 배열하는 대블록을 구비하고, 상기 소블록은 제1의 계로서 입력 데이타를 부호화 단위인 블록마다 가변장 부호화 함으로써 얻어지는 데이타의 적어도 하나 이상의 집합에 의하여 구성되는 가변장 데이타와, 이 가변장 데이타의 헤더 정보와, 프레임내 부호화의 경우에 그 데이타장을 표시하는 소블록 데이타장을 갖고 제2의 계로서 조정 비트 데이타를 가지며, 제3의 계로서 수정 지시 신호를 가지며, 상기 제1내지 제3의 계의 어느것인가를 표시하는 데이타를 포함시켜서 전송하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템.
  4. 입력 데이타를 부호화 단위인 블록마다 가변장 부호화하여 출력하는 부호화 수단과, 이 부호화 수단의 출력으로부터 데이타장을 계획하여 출력하는 데이타장 계측수단과, 상기 부호화 수단의 출력에 대한 헤더 정보를 작성하여 출력하는 헤더 정보 작성 수단과, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 블록에 의하여 소블록을 구성하고, 상기 부호화 수단의 출력, 상기 데이타장 계측 수단의 출력 및 상기 헤더 정보 작성 수단의 출력을 제1의 계로서 패킷화하고, 제2의 계로서 소정의 조정 비트 데이타를 배열하며, 제3의 계로서 수정지시신호를 페킷화하는 수단을 가지며, 상기 제1내지 제3의 계의 적어도 하나에 의하여 패킷화를 행하는 제1의 패킷 수단과, 적어도 하나 이상의 상기 소블록에 의하여 대블록을 구성하고, 상기 제1의 패킷수단의 출력에 상기 대블록의 데이타인 것을 표시하는 특수코드 및 상기 헤더 정보 작성 수단의 출력을 패킷화하여 출력하는 제2의 패킷수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템.
  5. 기록계에 있어서, 적어도 하나 이상의 부호화 단위 블록으로 이루어지는 소블록을 적어도 하나이상 배열하여 구성하고 그 선두에 그 데이타 위치를 표시하는 특수코드를 배열한 대블록을 1프레임에서 하나 이상 갖는 입력 신호가 입력되고, 화면 선두의 상기 대블록을 검출하는 화면 선두 대블록 검출 수단과, 상기 각 대블록의 선두를 검출하는 선두 검출 수단과, 상기 각 대블록 및 상기 각 소블록의 적어도 한쪽의 화면 위치에 따른 어드레스를 구하는 어드레스 발생수단과, 상기 입력 신호를 상기 어드레스 발생 수단의 어드레스 및 상기 대블록 선두 위치의 정보를 부가하여 패킷화하는 패킷화 수단을 구비하고, 재생계에 있어서, 재생 신호로 부터 프레임내 압축 데이타만을 추출하는 추출 수단과, 소정 시간 단위에서 상기 프레임내 압축 데이타를 재합성 하는 것이 가능한 재합성 수단과, 이 합성 수단의 출력에 상기 프레임내 압축 데이타 이외의 타이밍으로 스킵플래그를 부가하는 제1의 부가 수단과, 상기 재합성수단의 출력에 데이타장 조정용인 조정비트를 부가하는 것이 가능한 제2의 부가 수단을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 고능률 부호화 복호화 시스템.
