Abstract
본 발명은 내연기관에 관한 것으로서 캠축(3)이 캠축 비틀림각에 따라서 축으로 이동이 가능하기 위해 나사형태의 이동연결링크(10)으로, 반대의 회전부에 설치된 유도슬롯(10″)로 구성되어 있으며, 유도슬롯(10')는 링형태의 슬롯(10')에서 끝나고 릴리즈기관(12)를 통해서 유도슬롯(10')로 전향할 수 있는 구동톱니바퀴(11)로 이루어진 조절장치(9)가 제시되었다.

Claims (9)
- 최소한 조절장치를 통해 축을 이루어 이동이 가능하고, 여러번 개폐가 가능하며, 상이한 축을 이루는 패킹으로 나타내는 밸브마다 캠으로 구성된 내연기관에 있어서, 조절장치(9)가 최소한 두개의 나사모양체와 반대방향의 회전부에 각각 설치되어 링형태의 슬롯(10″)으로 끝나는 유도슬롯의 이동연결링크(10) 그리고 릴리즈기관(12)을 통해서 전향이 가능한 구동톱니바퀴(11)로 구성되어 있으며, 이때 구동톱니바퀴(11)의 전향을 통해서 슬롯(10″)들 중 하나에서 상이한 캠축의 운전위치가 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반대쪽 회전부에서 각각 두개의 나사모양으로 형성된 유도슬롯(10)이 캠축으로 삽입되어 있으며, 구동톱니바퀴(11)는 비틀림에 반대하여 캠축의 축상에 고정되어 있으며, 조절장치(9)의 케이스(13)위의 실린더 헤드(1)에 결합되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 상기 구동톱니바퀴가 캠축의 주위의 열려져 집중 배치된 링스프링으로 형성되어 있고, 함께 회전하는 것을 방지하는 캠축으로 고정되어 있고, 특히 링스프링의 넓은 끝부분 안에 극단적으로 마주 놓여 있으며, 조절장치(9)의 실린더 헤드(1) 또는 케이스(13)내의 영역(14c)은 축방향으로 안전하게 이동이 가능하게 설치되어 있으며, 이때 두개의 끝부분(14a, 14b)중 하나는 릴리즈기관을 통해 축방향으로 만곡하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 구동톱니바퀴(11)는 첫번째 실린더 축선(22)와 두번째 실린더 축선(23)을 통해서 형성되고, 축선의 기하학적 길이측(22a, 23a)이 어느정도 캠축의 축(3a)에 놓이며, 두개의 축선(22, 23)은 특히 조절장치(9')의 실린더 헤드(1) 또는 케이스(13')에 설치되어 있고, 이때 두번째 축선(23)은 캠축의 축(3a) 방향으로 역시 이동이 가능하게 놓여 있고, 릴리즈기관(12)을 통해서 캠축의 축(3a) 방향으로 전향이 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 릴리즈 기관이 수력으로 작동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 실린더마다 밸브형태의 다중밸브로 이루어진 제1항에 따른 내연기관에 있어서, 캠축(3)의 상이한 운전위치에 속하는 캠이 각각의 밸브상승곡선에 적합하도록 놓여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1 또는 제5항에 있어서, 최소한 캠축(3)의 운전위치에서 움직이는 캠(4a, 4b, 4c)이 실린더(A, B, C, D)마다 같은 밸브형식의 밸브에 의해서 상이한 상승곡선에 적합하도록 놓여져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 제1, 6 또는 제7항에 있어서, 적어도 캠축(3) 운전위치에서 움직이는 캠(4a, 4b, 4c) 그리고 두갈레의 스윙레버(25) 위에서 다수의 밸브(6a, 6b)가 작동하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.
- 밸브 들어올리기의 변화를 위한 방식은 두개의 개폐가 가능하고 상이한 밸브상승곡선을 위한 밸브마다 놓여진 캠축과 더불어 실린더(A, B, C, D)에서 동일한 밸브형태의 밸브들(6a, 6b)에 의해 작동되는 제1항 내지 제8항에 따른 내연기관에 있어서, a) 전부하와 높은 회전수의 경우 큰 피스톤 1회 왕복과 긴 개방시간을 갖는 밸브상승곡선에 적합하게 설치된 하나 또는 다수의 캠(4a)과, b) 전하부와 낮은 회전수의 경우 짧은 개방시간에서 밸브상승곡선에 적합한 하나 또는 다수의 캠들(4b)과 c) 부분부하의 경우 최소한 두개의 작은 피스톤 1회 왕복과 짧은 개방시간으로 이루어진 상이한 밸브상승곡선에 적합하게 설치된 캠(4b, 4c)이 움직이고, 캠축의 조절은 모터의 운전상태에 종속되어 발생하는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
