Abstract
전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체(28)은 전기적으로 여기가 가능한 작동기 조립체(36)과, 이 작동기 조립체(36)의 적어도 하나의 공동(57,89)에 대해 댐핑 유체를 연통, 수집 및 배출하는 장치를 포함한다. 엔진 정지 후 작동기 조립체(36)에 과량의 댐핑 유체가 남게되면 그 댐핑 유체는 냉각되고, 냉간엔진 시동중 작동기 및 밸브 조립체(28)의 느린 응답을 일으킨다. 결국, 엔진(12)의 신속한 시동 및/또는 작동이 특히 엔진 냉각 상태에서는 방해를 받게 된다. 연통, 수집 및 배출수단(56)은 엔진(12)가 정지된 후 고온의 댐핑 유체의 적어도 일부가 공동(57,89)로부터 자동으로 배출될 수 있게 한다.

Claims (9)
- 공동(57,89)를 제한하는 기동 부재(42)를 가진 전기적 여기 가능한 작동기 조립체(36)과, 가동부재(42)에 연결된 밸브(38)과, 작동기 조립체(36)의 공동에 대해 댐핑 유체를 연통, 수집 및 배출하는 수단(56)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전자유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 고정된 고정자(46)과, 제1 및 제2공동(57 및 89)를 각각 제한하는 제1 및 제2면(52 및 54)를 구비하며 상기 제1면(52)는 고정자(46)과 대면해 있는 가동 전기자(42)를 가진 전기적 여기 가능한 솔레노이드 조립체(36)과, 전기자(42)에 연결되고 유닛 분사기(18)에 유압 작동 유체를 선택적으로 연통하도록 된 밸브(38)과, 솔레노이드 조립체(36)의 적어도 하나의 공동(57,89)에 대해 댐핑 유체를 연통, 수집 및 배출하는 수단(56)을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연통, 수집 및 배출수단(56)은 전기자(42)의 제1 및 제2표면(52,54)사이에 연장되는 통로(58)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 연통, 수집 및 배출수단(56)은 전기자 제1면(52) 및 고정자 중 하나에 형성된 수집홈(60)을 포함하고, 상기 수집홈(60)은 전기자(42)의 통로(58)과 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 밸브(38)은 제1 밸브 공동(138)을 한정하는 제1단부(132)와, 제2밸브 공동(148)을 한정하는 제2단부(136)과, 상기 밸브 공동들(138,148) 사이에 배치된 중간부(134)를 가지며, 상기 중간부(134)는 밸브 공동들(138,148) 사이에 연통하는 제한된 통로(142)를 한정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드 조립체(36)은 전기자 공동(57,89)중 하나와 연통하는 배출 통로(98)을 포함하는 것을 특징츠로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 슬리이브 구멍(126)을 한정하는 슬리이브(76)과, 제1 및 제2전기자 공동(57,89)를 한정하는 가동부재(42)를 포함하는 전기적 여기가능한 작동기 조립체(36)과, 가동부재(42)에 연결되고 유닛 분사기(18)에 작동 유체를 유압식으로 선택적으로 연통시키도록 되어 있으며 소정 직경 간극(C3a)에 따라 슬리이브 구멍(126)에 위치된 단부(132)를 갖는 밸브(38)과, 작동기 조립체(36)의 적어도 하나의 공동(57,89)에 대해 댐핑 유체를 연통, 수집 및 배출하는 수단(56)을 포함하며, 상기 직경 간극은 댐핑 유체의 점성에 따라 적어도 하나의 공동(57,89)에의 댐핑 유체의 연통을 효과적으로 제어하는 소정 길이 및 직경을 갖는 것을특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 공동(57,89)를 형성하는 가동 부재(42)를 포함하는 전기적으로 여기가능한 작동기 조립체(36)과, 댐핑 유체의 점성이 선택된 값을 하회할 때만 공동(57,89)에 대해 댐핑 유체를 선택적으로 연통하는 수단(56)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.
- 제8항에 있엇, 선택적 연통 수단(56)은 댐핑 유체의 점성에 따라 공동(57,89)에 대한 댐핑 유체의 흐름을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유압 작동 전자 제어식 유닛 분사기용 작동기 및 밸브 조립체.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
