Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ(18)のためのアクチェエータ・弁組立体 (28)であって、 可動部材(42)を包含し、この可動部材(42)が空所(57、89)を構成 している電気付勢可能なアクチュエータ組立体(36)と、可動部材(42)に 連結した弁(38)と、アクチュエータ組立体(36)の空所に関して減衰流体 の連通、収集排出を行う手段(56)と を包含することを特徴とする電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。 2.液圧作動・電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ(18)のためのアクチュエータ ・弁組立体(28)であって、 固定ステータ(46)および可動アーマチャー(42)を包含し、このアーマチ ャー(42)が第1、第2の空所(57、89)を構成する第1、第2の面(5 2、54)を有し、アーマチャー(42)の前記第1面(52)がステータ(4 6)に対面している電気付勢可能なソレノイド組立体(36)と、アーマチャー (42)に連結してあり、液圧作動流体をユニツトインセクタ(18)に選択的 に連絡するようになっている弁(38)と、ソレノイド組立体(36)の空所( 57、89)のうち少なくとも1つに関して減衰流体の連通、収集、排出を行う 手段(56)とを包含することを特徴とする電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。 3.請求の範囲第2項記載のアクチュエータ・弁組立体(28)において前記連 絡・収集・排出手段(56)が、アーマチャー(42)の第1、第2の面(52 、54)の間に延びる通路(58)を包含することを特徴とする電子制御式ユニ ツトインセクタ。 4.請求の範囲第3項記載のアクチュエータ・弁組立体(28)において前記連 絡・収集・排出手段〔56)が、アーマチャー第1面(52)とステータ(46 )のうちの一方に形成した収集溝(60)を包含し、この収集溝(60)がアー マチャー(42)の通路(58)と連通していることを特徴とする電子制御式ユ ニツトインセクタ。 5.請求の範囲第2項記数のアクチュエータ・弁組立体(28)において前記弁 (38)が、第1弁空所(138)を構成する第1端部(132)と、第2弁空 所(148)を構成する第2端部(136)と、これら弁空所(138148) 間に位置する中間部(134)とを有し、この中間部(134)が弁空所(13 81、48)間を連絡する絞り通路(142)を構成していることを特徴とする 電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。 6.請求の範囲第2項記載のアクチュエータ・弁組立体(28)において前記ソ レノイド組立体(36)がアーマチャー空所(57、89)のうちの1つと連通 するドレン通路(98)を包含することを特徴とする電子制御式ユニツトインセ クタ。 7.液圧作動・電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ(18)のためのアクチュエータ ・弁組立体(28)において、 スリーブ・ボア(126)を構成するスリーブ(76)と、第1、第2のアーマ チャー空所(57、89)を構成する可動部材(42)を包含する電気付勢可能 なアクチュエータ組立体(36)と、可動部材(42)に連結してあり、ユニツ トインセクタ(18)に液圧作動流体を選択的に連通するようになっている弁( 38)であり、所定の直径方向間隙(C3a)に従ってスリーブ・ポア(126 )内に位置決めされる端部(132)を有する弁(38)と、 アクチュエータ組立体(36)の空所(57、89)のうちの少なくとも1つに 関して減衰流体の連通、収集、排出を行う手段(56)とを包含し、前記直径方 向間隙が、減衰流体の粘性に従って空所(57、89)のうちの少なくとも1つ への減衰流体の連通を効果的に制御する所定の長さ、直径を有することを特徴と する電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。 8.電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ(18)のためのアクチュエータ・弁組立体 (28)であって、 空所(57、89)を構成する可動部材(42)を包含する電気付勢可能なアク チュエータ組立体(36)と、減衰流体の粘度が選定値より低いときにのみ空所 (57、89)に関して減衰流体を選択的に連通させる手段(56)とを包含す ることを特徴とする電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。 9.請求の範囲第8項記載のアクチュエータ・弁組立体(28)において選択的 に連通を行う手段(56)が減衰流体の粘度に従って空所(57、89)に関す る減衰流体の流量を制御することを特徴とする電子制御式ユニツトインセクタ。
