하기식(I)의 보호기 : Ar-L- [식중, Ar은 실질적으로 평면인 4이상의 방향족 고리를 함유하는 융합 고리계를 나타내고, L은 보호될 기에 결합할 수 있는 하나 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 기를 나타낸다.]

Claims (23)
- 하기식(I)의 보호기 : Ar-L- [식중, Ar은 실질적으로 평면인 4이상의 방향족 고리를 함유하는 융합고리계를 나타내고, L은 보호될 기에 결합할 수 있는 1 이상의 탄소원자를 함유하는 기를 나타낸다.]
- 제1항에 있어서, Ar기가 6이상dml 방향족 고리를 함유하는 기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 방향족 고리가 육각 구조(hexagonal)인 기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, Ar이 헤테로 원자를 함유하지 않는 기.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기식(Ⅱ)의 기.

- [식중, n은 0또는 1이며, 0은 n이 1일때 주위의 고리가 방향족이고 n이 0일때 비 방향족인 것을 의미하고, 한편으로는 R1및 R2와 다른 한편으로는 R3및 R4는 각기 그들에 부착된 탄소원자와 함께 융합 방향족 고리계를 형성할 수 있도록 선택되며, R′는 알킬기 또는 수소이고, L′는 직접 결합을 나타내거나 또는 보호될 기에 결합할 수 있는 기를 나타낸다.]
- 제1항 또는 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 하기식(Ⅲ)의 기.

- [식중 : 0, n, R1, R2, R3, R4, R′및 L′는 제5항 또는 제6항에서 정의한 바와 같고, R5는 그것이 부착되는 원자와 함께 하나 이상의 보충고리를 형성한다.]
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, L′는 -CO-, -O-, -CO-, -S-, -O-, -(CH2)m, -O- (식중 m은 1∼6이거나 또는 직접 결합이다.)인 기.
- L또는 L′기를 통해서 이탈기에 부착된 제1항 내지 제7항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 기를 함유하는 보호 화합물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 이탈기가 질소, 산소, 황, 셀렌, 텔루르, 규소 또는 할로겐 원자를 함유하는 화합물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 이탈기가 할로겐원자, -OH, -COOH, -NH2, -CONH2, -SO2C6H4-pCH2, -SH, -CN 또는 Si(CH3)3기인 화합물.
- 보호될 화합물의 기에 부착된 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 기를 함유하는 보호 화합물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 보호될 화합물의 기가 알콜, 티올, 산, 아민 또는 아미드기인 화합물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 보호될 화합물이 천연 또는 합성 펩티드 또는 아미노산인 화합물.
- a)흑연화 물질로 채원진 챔버 및 b)분자상에 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 보호기를 그라프트 하기 위한 키트(kit)를 함유하는 연속 또는 동시용으로 사용되는 장치.
- 제14항에 있어서, 흑연물질이 흑연 또는 활성탄인 장치.
- 제14항 또는 제15항에 있어서, c)자외(UV), 가시 분광, 또는 형광 분광 검출기가 부착된 분획-수집계도 또한 함유하는 장치.
- -분리될 화합물의 혼합물중 하나이상의 화합물에 있는 하나 이상의 기를 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 기로 보호하고, -흑연화 물질로 채워진 챔버를 통해 화합물의 화합물을 통과시키는 단계를 함유하는 화합물의 혼합물을 합성 또는 분리하는 방법.
- 분자의 하나이상의 관능기를 보호하기 위해 사용되는 제1항 내지 제6항중의 어느 한 항에서 정의된 기.
