Abstract
본 발명은 액체샘플을 수납하기 위한 홈을 함유하는 상부층을 포함하는 미소검정 카드를 제공한다. 제1층 아래에 있는 카드의 제2층은 반응종에 결합된 지지표면을 포함한다. 제3층은 지시약으로 포화된 초흡수 지지체를 포함한다. 전형적으로, 지시약은 흡수층에 스펙트럼 변화를 생성시키도록 기질상에 효소의 작용을 위해 필요한 환원된 염색전구물 및 과산화 수소 발생원과 같은 효소를 위한 기질이다. 제1층과 제2층의 구조를 선택하므로서 카드는 디스플레이스먼트검정 또는 캄피티티브검정용으로 포맷될수 있는 본 발명의 미소검정 카드는 특히 약물시험에 유용하다.

Claims (22)
- 액체샘플을 수납하기 위한 최소한 하나의 홈이 형성된 소수성 보조층을 포함하는 제1층, 지지표면 및 액체의 점도를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하는, 상기 제1층 아래에 상기 홈의 주변안에 최소한 부분적으로 연장된 제2층, 상기 홈에 수납된 샘플에 있는 것으로 예상되는 물질의 농도에 정비례하게 신호를 생성하는 지시약과 포화된 초 흡수 지지체를 포함하는, 액체의 점도를 조절하기 위한 수단 아래에 상기 홈의 주변안에 최소한 부분적으로 연장된 제3층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 샘플에 있는 것으로 예상되는 물질을 검정하기 위한 카드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면이 막표면 인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 물질 또는 물질과 효소의 공액에 특이적인 항체-효소공액을 포함하는데 상기 항체-효소공액이 상기 제1층 또는 제2층 및 효소를 위한 기질을 포함하는 지시약내에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 카드가 캄피티티브 검정법을 위해 포맷된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 카드가 디스플레이먼트 검정법을 위해 포맷된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면이 미리 흡수된 물질을 갖는 항체-효소공액, 공액되지 않은 형태의 물질, 미리 흡수된 물질에 특이적인 항체를 갖는 물질-효소공액 또는 공액되지 않은 형태의 항체에 공유결합에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면이 미리 흡수된 물질을 갖는 항체-효소공액, 공액되지 않은 형태의 물질, 미리 흡수된 물질에 특이적인 항체를 갖는 물질-효소공액 또는 공액되지 않은 형태의 항체에 비공유결합에 의해 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 상기 물질 및 물질과 효소의 공액에 특이적인 항체-효소 공액, 액체샘플을 수납하기 위한 최소한 하나의 홈을 갖는 소수성 보조층을 포함하는 제1층, 미리 흡수된 물질을 갖는 항체-효소공액, 공액되지 않은 형태의 물질, 미리 흡수된 물질에 특이적인 항체를 갖는 물질-효소공액, 공액되지 않은 형태의 항체로 이루어진 그룹에 화학적 결합에 의해 직접적으로 부착된 지지표면을 포함하며, 액체의 점도를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 상기 제1층 아래에 상기 홈의 주변안에 최소한 부분적으로 연장된 제2층, 상기 효소를 위한 기질로 포화된 초흡수 지지체를 포함하는데 상기 효소와 기질은 기질위의 효소가 상기 홈에 수납된 액체샘플에 있는 것으로 예상되는 물질의 농도에 정비례하여 중요한 검출가능한 스펙트럼 신호를 발생시키도록 선택되는, 액체의 점도를 조절하기 위한 수단아래에 상기 홈의 주변안에 최소한 부분적으로 연장된 제3층을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액체 샘플에 있는 것으로 예상되는 물질의 미소검정을 위한 키드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면이 막 표면인것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 항체가 모노클로날 항체인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 지지표면이 상기 항체-효소공액에 직접적으로 결합되고 미리 흡수된 상기 물질을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 물질은 상기 지지표면이 직접적으로 결합되고, 상기 제1층은 상기 항체-효소공액을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 유체흐름의 점도를 조절하기 위한 수단이 반투막인 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.

- 제14항에 있어서, 상기 환원된 염료가 4-클로로-1-나프톨 및 N,N-디에틸페닐렌디아민의 조합물, N,N-디메틸페닐레디아민, 또는 3-메틸-2-벤조티아졸리논 하이드라존 하이드로클로라이드 및 디메틸아미노벤젠 카르복실산 인것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 카드가 최소한 하나의 양성대조세포 및 최소한 하나의 음성대조 세포를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 카드.
