Abstract

본 발명은 합성수지 혼합물, 특히 폴리에틸렌 및 폴리프로필렌과 같이 중복된 비중을 갖는 혼합물을 정전기적 방법에 의해 분리시키는 것이며, 이때 혼합물을 충전시키기 전에 표면처리시키는 방법에 관한 것이다.

Claims (20)

  1. 마찰전기를 충전시키기 전에 합성수지 혼합물을 표면처리하는 것을 특징으로하여, 자유낙하 분리기에 의한 정전기적 분리방법에 따라, 예를들면 폴리에틸렌(PE) 및 폴리프로필렌(PP)과 같은 중복된 동일 비중범위를 나타내는 각종 화학적 종류의 합성수지 혼합물로 부터 각 합성수지 입자를 분리하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 합성수지 혼합물을 무기산과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 합성수지 혼합물을 알칼리액과 접촉시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 합성수지 혼합물의 입자크기는 10㎜이하, 바람직하게는 6㎜이하임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면처리는 그 실시전에 예를들면, 종이와 같은 이물질을 제거하도록 물로 합성수지 혼합물을 먼저 정제함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  6. 제2항, 제3항 및 제5항에 있어서, 알칼리액과 같이 무기산을 정제수에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 알칼리액과 같이 무기산을 정제수에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5항, 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물을, 예를들면 굴곡시이브(sieve) 또는 원심분리기와 같은 탈수장치에 의해 2%이하의 잔류수분 함량으로 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 약2%까지 현저히 건조시킨 후 합성수지 혼합물을 70 내지 100℃의 온도에서 5분이상 동안 유지시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 열처리후 혼합물 1㎏당 지방산 10 내지 50㎎을 혼합물에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 열처리후 혼합물의 마찰전기 충전이 15 내지 50℃, 바람직하게는 20 내지 35℃의 온도 10 내지 40%의 바람직하게는 15 내지 20%의 상대습도에서 수행됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 무기산으로서 묽은 염산을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, pH값이 약3인 묽은 염산을 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제3항에 있어서, 알칼리액으로서 묽은 탄산나트륨액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, pH값이 약11 내지 12인 묽은 탄상나트륨액을 사용함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  16. 제1항에 있어서, 자유낙하 분리기가 2 내지 3KV/㎝의 전계강도에서 작동함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 마찰전기를 충전시키기 위해 합성수지 혼합물을 유동층 건조기에서 도입함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물을 나선형 스크류에 의해 충분한 거리로 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 합성수지 혼합물을 압축공기에 의해 일정한 거리로 진행시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
