Claims (3)

  1. 3차원적인 모델 형상을 비접촉으로 모델링하면서 모델 형상에 대한 모델 데이타를 생성하는 비접촉 디지타이징 방법에 있어서, 경사진 측정축이 회전 제어되는 트레이서 헤드에 의해 상기 모델면 상의 복수의 측정점까지의 거리를 측정하여 적어도 3개의 측정된 거리에 기초하여 2개의 표면 벡터를 결정하는 단계, 상기 트레이서 헤드의 측정축의 상기 측정점을 시점으로 하는 축 벡터와 상기 측정점에 있어서 법선 벡터가 이루는 각도가 90˚를 넘지 않는 범위에서 상기 표면 벡터의 외적에서 법선 벡터의 방향을 결정하는 단계 및 상기 법선 벡터의 상기 모델의 설치면으로의 투영에 기초하여 상기 트레이서 헤드이 측정축을 회전 제어하여 상기 모델링 데이타를 차례로 생성하는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 디지타이징 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 표면 벡터를 결정하는 단계에서는 3개의 측정된 거리에 기초하여 상기 모델면상의 서로 다른 3점의 좌표값을 구하고, 상기 3점의 좌표값의 한점에서 다른 2점으로 각각 향하는 제1 및 제2 평면벡터를 구하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 디지타이징 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 법선 벡터의 방향을 결정하는 단계에서는 상기 측정점을 시점으로 하는 단위축 벡터와 단위 법선 베터에 대한 각축 성분(AX,AY,AZ) 및 (NX,NY,NZ)가 AX×NX+AY×NY+AZ×NZ≥0을 만족하는지 여부에 따라 상기 법선 벡터의 방향을 판정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비접촉 디지타이징 방법.
