Claims (19)

  1. (i), 수산화인회석 및 (ⅱ), 생활성 유리, 생활성 유리 세라믹 또는 생활성 세라믹으로 이루어지는 생활성 화합물을 방출하는데 적합한 바이오세라믹 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 수산화인회석, 생활성 유리, 생활성 유리 세라믹 또는 생활성 세라믹, 및 기질로 이루어지는 바이오세라믹 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 기질이 젤라틴, 물, 또는 젤라틴과 물인 바이오세라믹 시스템.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 기질이 물유리인 바이오세라믹 시스템.
  5. 상기의 청구항중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 수산화인회석 이외 인산칼슘 화합물을 하나 또는 그 이상 더 포함하는 바이오세라믹 시스템.
  6. 적어도 하나 이상의 생활성 화합물과 조합된 제1항 내지 제5항에 있어서의 바이오세라믹 시스템으로 이루어지는 약학적 제제.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 생활성 화합물이 약제, 단백질 또는 호르몬인 약학적 제제.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 약재, 단백질 또는 호르몬이 항생제(Antibiotics) 및 항바이러스제(Antiviral agent) 같은 항감염제(Anti-infective), 진통제(Analgesics) 및 진통제 조성물 식욕증진제(Anorexics), 구충제(Antihelminthics), 기생충박멸제 (Paraciticides), 항관절염재(Antiarthritics), 항천식제(Antiasthmatic agents), 진경제(Anticonvulsants), 항울제(Antidepressants), 항당뇨제(Antidiabetic agents), 지사제(Antidiarrheal), 항히스타민제(Antihistamine), 항염증제 (Antiinflammatory agents), 항편두통제제(Antimigraine preparation), 진토제 (Antinauseant) , 항종양제 (Antineoplastic) , 항암제(Anticancer agent), 항소양증제(Antipruritic), 정신질환치료제(Antipsychotic), 해열제(Antipyretic), 진경제(Antispasmodics), 항콜린제(Anticholinergic),교감신경흥분제(Sympathomimetic) , 크산틴 유도체(Xanthine derivative), 심장혈관제제(Cardiovascular preparation), 항부정맥제(Antiarrhythmic), 항고혈압제(Antihypertensive), 이뇨제(Diuretic), 혈관확장제(Vasodilator), 항파킨슨증후군제제(Antiparkinsonism drug)같은 중추신경계용 제제(CNS제제 : Central Nervous System drug), 기침 및 감기약(Cough and cold preparation), 충혈제거제(Decongestant) 에스트라디올 및 다른 스테로이드 제제 (Estradiol and other steroid), 피임약(Contraceptive) , 예방제(Prophylactic agent), 최면제(Hypnotic) , 면역억제제(Immunosuppressive) , 근육이완제(Muscle relaxant) , 부교감신경차단제(Parasympatholytic) , 신경홍분제(Psychostimulant), 진정제(Sedative), 정신안정제(Tranquilizer) 및 인식기능장해제제(Cognitive dysfunction drugs)인 약학적 제제.
  9. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 셀레진린(Selegiline)인 약학적 제제.
  10. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 메토트렉세이트(Methotrexate)인 약학적 제제.
  11. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 니페디핀(Nifedipine)인 약학적 제제.
  12. 제7항에 있어서, 약제가 아티파메졸(Atipamezole)인 약학적 제제.
  13. 상기 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서의 바이오세라믹 시스템 또는 제제로 이루어지는 단일결석헝(Monolithe), 다입자시스템(Multiparticle system), 수염같은 시스템(Whiskers-like system), 섬유시스템(Fibrous system), 정제(Tablet), 알약(Pill), 과립(Granule), 좌제(Suppository) 또는 현탁제(Suspension).
  14. (i), 수산화인회석 및 (ⅱ), 생활성 유리, 생활성 유리 세라믹 및 생활성 세라믹의 적어도 하나, 및 선택적으로 기질을 소결함을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서의 바이오세라믹 시스템을 제조하는방법.
  15. 수산화인회석, 생활성 유리, 생활성 유리 세라믹 및 생활성 세라믹의 적어도 하나, 및 선택적으로 기질의 조합을 압축한 다음 압축된 조성물을 소결함을 포함하는 제1항 내지 제5항의 어느 하나에 있어서의 바이오세라믹 시스템을 제조하는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 제15항에 따라 바이오세라믹 시스템을 제조하고 그 시스템에 생활성 화합물의 주입하는 것을 포함하는 제6항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 있어서의 제제를 생산하는 방법.
  17. 생활성화합물, 수산화인회석, 및 생활성 유리, 생활성 유리 세라믹 및 생활성 세라믹의 적어도 하나, 및 선택적으로 기질을 화합시키고, 이 조합을 압축함을 포함하는 제6항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 있어서의 제제를 제조하는 방법.
  18. 제6항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 있어서의 제제 또는 제13항에 있어서의 단일결석형(Monolithe), 다입자시스템(Multiparticle system), 수염같은 시스템(Whiskers-like system), 섬유시스템(Fibrous system), 정제(Tablet), 알약(Pill), 과립(Granule), 좌제(Suppository) 또는 현탁제(Suspension)를 투여함을 포함하는 그러한 투여가 요구되는 대상물에 생활성 화합물을 투여하는 방법.
  19. 상기 항중의 어느 하나에 있어서의 바이오세라믹 시스템 또는 제제를 삽입물로 투여하는 방법.
