Abstract
본 발명은 복수의 실내유닛의 설정을 동시에 행함과 동시에, 각각의 유닛간의 신호송수에 걸리는 제어장치의 부담을 경감시키고자 하는 것이다.
이를 달성하기 위해, 실내측열교환기, 실외측열교환기, 압축기, 감압장치를 사용하여 피조화실의 냉방운전이 행해지도록 냉방사이클을 구성하고, 외기온도가 소정온도이하로 되었을때에 보호부에서 압축기의 운전을 정지시키고, 또 펌프제어부에서 압축기의 정지로부터 드레인펌프의 운전을 계속시킨다.
이와 같은 구성에 의하면, 낮은 외기온도시의 압축기의 운전이 정지되어 압축기의 압축액이 없어지게 되며, 또 압축기의 정지후에 실내측열교환기로부터 방울져 떨어지는 드레인수를 드레인펌프를 운전하여 배출할 수 있어 드레인팬으로부터의 드레인수의 넘침이 없게 되는 것이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 공기조화기의 개략도, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 공기조화기의 냉동사이클을 나타내는 냉매회로도, 제3도는 실내유닛을 천정에 설치한 때의 요부단면도.
Claims (5)
- 실내의 공기와 열교환을 행하는 실내측열교환기(15),(17)을 갖는 실내유닛(1),(2)와 의기와 열교환을 행하는 실외측교환기(11)을 갖는 실외유닛(3)으로 구성됨과 동시에, 실내측열교환기(15),(17), 압축기(9), 실외측열교환기(11), 감압장치(14),(16),(19),(20)를 사용하여 냉동사이클을 구성하여된 공기조화기에 있어서, 이 공기조화기의 제어장치에는 실온의 변화에 의하여 압축기(9)를 모든 능력운전 또는 정지로 제어하여 피조화실을 냉방운전하는 온도제어부와, 외기온도가 소정온도이하로 되었을 때에 압축기(9)를 온도제어부의 동작에 관계없이 강제적으로 정지시키는 보호부와, 이 보호부의 동작시에 이 보호부의 동작을 표시하는 표시부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실내유닛(1),(2)은 실내측열교환기(15),(17)로부터 방울져 떨어진 물을 펌프(40)로 고위치가지 올린후 실내유닛 밖으로 배수하는 구성을 갖는 동시에, 제어장치는 보호부의 동작개시로부터 적어도 일정시간동안 펌프(40)를 운전하는 펌프제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 실내유닛(1),(2)는 공기와 실내측열교환기(15),(17)과의 열교환을 촉진하는 송풍팬(30),(31)을 갖는 동시에, 펌프제어부는 펌프(40)가 운전하는 동안 송풍팬(30),(31)의 운전이 행해지게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 압축기(9),웅축기, 감압장치(14),(16),(19),(20), 증발기를 사용하여 피조화실의 난방운전이 행해지도록 구성한 냉동사이클을 갖는 공기조화기에 있어서, 이 공기조화기의 제어장치에는 외기온도가 소정 온도이하로 되었을 때에 난방운전을 정지하고, 다른 난방기의 운전을 개시시키는 신호를 출력하는 제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 압축기(9), 실외측열교환기(11)를 갖는 단일의 실외유닛(3)에 각각 실내측열교환기(15),(17)를 갖는 복수의 실내유닛(1),(2)를 조합시키고, 각각의 실내유닛(1),(2)을 사용하여 공조운전을 가능케한 공기조화기에 있어서, 이 공기조화기의 제어장치는 실내유닛(1),(2)의 동작을 제어하는 실외측제어부와, 특정한 실내유닛의 동작을 제어하는 실내측 제어A와 다른 실내유닛의 동작을 제어하는 실내측제어부 B 로 구성되는 동시에, 실외측제어부와 실내측제어부 A와를 연결해 실외측제어부에 실외유닛의 동작을 제어시키기 위한 신호를 전송시키는 제1신호선과, 실내유닛 A와 실내유닛 B와를 연결해 실내유닛 A로부터 실내유닛 B에는 실내유닛 A의 동작을 제어시키기위해 설정된 신호를 전송시키고, 실내유닛 B로부터 실내유닛 A에는 실내유닛 B에 일어난 이상을 나타내는 신호를 전송시키는 제2신호선과, 상기 실내유닛 A의 동작을 제어시키기 위한 설정 신호를 실내유닛 A에 부여되는 리모트콘트롤러(251)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
