Claims (2)

  1. 압축기(1), 실외열교환기(3) 실외팬(7)을 가진 실외 유니트(A)와, 실내열교환기(11a),(12a),(13a) 실내판을 가진 복수의 실내유니트(11),(12),(13)와 이들 각각의 실내 유니트에 대해서 실외 유니트에서 공급되는 냉매의 유량 및 유로를 제어하는 멀티 컨트롤 유니트(B)를 가진 공기 조화기에 있어서, 전술한 멀티 컨트롤 유니트(B)는 전술한 복수의 실내 유니트 각각의 요구에 따라서 다른 실내 유니트 사이에서 동시에 냉방 및 난방의 서로 다른 동작모드의 실행을 가능하게 하는 냉매유로 제어장치를 가지고, 또 다른 실내 유니트에서 냉방 및 난방의 서로 다른 동작 모드의 요구가 있었을때 대응하는 냉방부하 또는 난방부가 어느쪽인가 큰 쪽의 부하에 대응하는 난방 또는 냉방 운전중에 하나의 운전 모드를 선택해서 전술한 실외 유니트를 제어하는 제어장치를 갖는 것을 특징을 하는 공기 조화기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 실외 유니트(A)는 실외 제어부(8a)를 포함하고 있고, 이 실외 제어부에는 서로 다른 실내 유니트에서 냉방 및 난방의 양동작 모드의 요구를 기초로 해서 선택적 운전 모드로 운전하고 있을 때 전술한 실외 유니트에서 냉매의 압력 또는 온도가 일정하게 되도록 실외 팬의 풍량을 제어하는 제어장치를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기.
