Abstract
복수의 실내장치(1), (2)의 능력에 대해 범용형의 실외장치(11), (12), (12)을 조합해서 최적의 운전능력을 얻는 것으로서 범용형의 복수의 실내장치(1),(2)와 범용형의 복수의 실외장치(11), (12), (13)과를 맹매배관(23), (24)로 병렬로 접속해서 실내장치(1), (2)의 요구능력의 총화를 제어장치(10)을 사용해서 실외장치(11), (12), (13)의형 및 최대능력에 기초해서 분배하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치이다.

제1도는 본 발명의 실시예를 나타내는 공기조화기의 냉매회로도, 제2도는 제1도에 나타낸 제어장치의 주요부전기회로도, 제3도는 제2도에 나타낸 마이크로 프로세서의 주된 동작을 나타내는 흐름도, 제4도는 실외장치의 능력을 나타내는 설명도, 제5도는 제3도에 나타낸 연산의 동작을 나타내는 흐름도.
Claims (3)
- 냉매 압축수단, 냉매 응축수단, 냉매압력의 감압수단 냉매 증발 수단을 단일의 냉동주기를 구성하도록 접속하고, 이 냉동주기를 냉방운전시에 냉매응축수단으로 사용되고 난방운전시에 냉매 증발수단으로서 사용되는 열교환기와 냉매압축수단으로서 사용되는 압축기(14)와를 탑재시킨 복수대의 실외장치(11), (12). (13)과 냉방운전시에 냉매증발수단으로서 사용되고, 난방운전시에 냉매응축수단으로서 사용되는 열교환기를 탑재시킨 복수의 실내장치(1), (2)로 구성된 공기조화기에 있어서, 이 공기조화기의 제어장치(10)은 각각의 실내장치(1), (2)가 공기조화 부하에 대해 필요로 하는 각각의 냉동능력의 총화를 각각의 실외장치(11), (12), (13)에 탑재된 압축기(14)의 규격에 기초해서 각각의 실외장치(11), (12), (13)마다에 분배하고, 각각의 압축기(14)를 이 분배된 냉동능력으로 운전시키는 제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 냉방운전시에 냉매 증발수단으로서 사용되고, 난방운전시에 냉매 응축수단으로서 사용되는 이용측 열교환기(3), 감압장치 이 이용측 열교환기(3)에 흐르는 냉매의 양을 이용측 열교환기(3)의 부하의 크기에 개초해서 개방도를 변경해서 조절하는 냉매유량 가변밸브(5)를 갖는 복수의 실내장치(1), (2)와 냉방운전시에 냉매층축수단으로서 사용도고, 난방 운전시에 냉매 증발수단으로서 사용되는 열원측 열교환기(16), 압축기(14)를 각각 갖는 실외장치(11), (12), (13)과를 공통의 복수의 냉매배관(23), (24)에 병렬로 접속해서 단일계통의 냉동주기를 구성한 공기조화기에 있어서, 이 공기조화기의 제어장치(10)은 각각의 실내장치(1), (2)의 냉매유량 가변밸브(5)의 개방도의 총화에 대응하는 냉동능력을 각각의 실외장치(11), (12), (13)에 탑재된 압축기(14)의 각각의 실외장치(11), (12), (13)마디에 분배하고, 각각의 압축기(14)를 이 분배된 냉동능력으로 운전시키는 제어부를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
