Abstract
본 발명은 하나의 실외기를 이용하여 여러방을 동시냉방, 동시난방 또는 동시냉;난방시킬 수 있는 공기조화기에 관한 것으로써, 상기 공기조화기의 운전조건을 입력하는 운전조작수단과, 상기 운전조작수단에 의해 입력된 운전조건에 따라 하나의 실외기로 여러대의 실내기를 제어하여 여러방의 공조운전을 제어하는 제어수단과 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 여러방을 동시냉방, 동시난방, 동시냉·난방, 개별냉방, 개별난방시키도록 압축기를 구동제어하는 압축기구동수단과, 상기 압축기구동수다에 의한 압축기의 구동시에 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 변경하도록 사방밸브를 구동제어하는 사방밸브구동수단과, 상기 압축기구동수단에 의한 압축기의 구동시에 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 개폐하도록 슐레노이드 밸브를 구동제어하는 솔레노이드밸브구동수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하며, 하나의 실외기(압축기)에 여러대의 실내기를 연결하여 여러방을 동시에 냉방, 난방 또는 냉·난방제어할 수 있을뿐만 아니라, 개별적으로 냉방 또는 난방제어할 수 있는 효과가 있다.

제6도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 의한 공기조화기의 동시난방운전을 도시한 냉동싸이클도,
제7도는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 의한 공기조화기의 냉·난방운전을 도시한 냉동사이클도,
제8도는 본 발명의 제4실시예에 의한 공기조화기의 냉·난방운전을 도시한 냉동사이클도.
Claims (6)
- 공기조화기에 있어서, 상기 공기조화기의 동시냉방, 동시난방, 동시냉·난방, 개별냉방, 개별난방 등의 운전조건을 입력하는 운전조작수단과, 상기 운전조작수단에 의해 입력된 운전조건에 따라 여러방의 공조운전을 제어하는 제어수단과, 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 여러방을 동시냉방, 동시난방, 동시냉·난방, 개별냉방, 개별난방시키도록 압축기를 구동제어하는 압축기구동수단과, 상기 압축기구동수단에 의한 압축기의 구동시에 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 변경하도록 사방밸브를 구동제어하는 사방밸브구동수단과, 상기 압축기구동수단에 의한 압축기의 구동시에 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 개폐하도록 솔레노이드밸브를 구동제어하는 솔레노이드밸브수단으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제어수단은 하나의 실외기로 여러대의 실내기를 제어할 수 있도록 다수개의 실외열교환기의 다수개의 실내열교환기를 추가로 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 사방밸브구동수단은 상기 운전조작수단에 의해 입력된 운전조건에 따라 상기 제어수단으로부터 출력되는 제어신호를 받아서 상기 압축기의 구동시에 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 변경하도록 다수개의 사방밸브를 온/오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드밸브구동수단은 상기 운전조작수단에 의해 입력된 운전조건에 따라 상기 제어수단으로부터 출력되는 제어신호를 받아서 상기 압축기의 구동시에 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 개방 및 차단하도록 다수개의 솔레노이드밸브를 온/오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 솔레노이드밸브구동수단은 상기 압축기의 구동에 의한 여러방의 공조운전시에 제어하고자 하는 각 방의 실내온도가 다른 경우에는 상기 제어수단의 제어에 따라 실내열교환기에 유입 및 유출되는 냉매의 흐름을 조절하도록 각 실내열교환기에 부착된 솔레노이드를 온/오프시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.
- 공기조화기의 동시냉방, 동시난방, 동시냉·난방, 개별냉방, 개별난방 등의 운전조건 및 설정온도를 입력하는 운전입력스텝과, 상기 운전입력스텝에 의해 입력된 운전조건에 따라 사방밸브 및 솔레노이드밸브의 온/오프동작을 제어하여 냉매가 순환하는 유로를 조절하는 냉매유로조절스텝과, 상기 운전입력스텝에 의해 입력된 설정온도 및 실내온도감지수단에 의해 감지된 실내온도의 차에 따라 압축기의 운전주파수를 결정하여 상기 압축기를 구동제어하는 압축기구동스텝과, 상기 압축기구동스텝에서의 압축기 구동시에 상기 냉매유로조절스텝에서 조절된 냉매유로에 따라 냉매가 순환하면서 여러방을 동시냉방, 동시난방, 동시냉·난방, 개별냉방, 개별난방시켜 공조운전을 수행하는 공조운전스텝으로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 공기조화기의 제어장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
