Abstract
본 발명은 열가소성 필라멘트의 열결합 스펀본드 웹, 및2개의 스펀본드 열 가소성 필라멘트층 사이에 삽입된 용융취입성형된 열가소성 미세섬유의 내층을 함유하는 부직포 적층물에 관한 것이다. 직물 적층물의스펀본드 웹 및 스펀본드층은 열가소성 중합체와 유효량의 핵제와의 혼합물로부터 형성된 열가소성 필라멘트로 이루어져 있다. 이들 층은 열 스포트 결합에 의하여 결합되어 있다. 바람직한 실시태양에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체는 230℃에서의 용융 유량이 12g/10분 이상인 폴리프로필렌이다. 또한, 바람직한 실시태양에 있어서, 핵제는 폴리프로펠렌과 핵제와의 혼합물의 약 0.1내지 0.3중량%를 구성한다. 유용한 핵제에는 디벤질리덴 소르비톨, 디(메틸벤질리덴)소르비톨, 비스(p-에틸벤질리덴)소르비톨 및 직경 1미크론 이하의 입자 크기를 지닌 소수성 발연 실리카가 있다. 부직 적층물은 특히 향상된 내구성을 지닌 작업복 및 기타 보호용 의복 제조에 유용하다.

Claims (18)
- 열가소성 중합체와 유효량의 핵제와의 혼합물로부터 형성된 열가소성 필라멘트들이 열결합되어 이루어진 내구성 부직 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 부직웹이 스펀본드 웹인 부직 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 핵제가 디벤질리덴 소르비톨, 디(메틸벤질리덴)소르비톨, 비스(P-에킬벤질리덴)소르비톨 및 직경 1미크론 이하의 입자 크기를 지닌 소수성 발연 실라카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 부직 웹.
- 제3항에 있어서, 핵제가 혼합물의 0.1내지 0.3중량%를 구성하는 부직 웹.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소서 중합체가 230℃에서의 융용 유량이 12이상인 것인 부직 웹.
- 제5항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에틸렌, 및 프로필렌과 5중량%이하의 에틸렌올기재로 하는 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 부직 웹.
- 열가소성 중합체와 유효량의 핵제와의 혼합물로부터 형성된 열가소성 필라멘트로 이루어진 스펀본드 충 1개충 이상 및 열가소성 미세섬유의 용융취입성형 훰 1개 충 이상이 적충되어 이루어져 있고, 이들 충이 불연속상 영역에서 서로 열결합되어 있는 내구성 부직 적충물.
- 제7항에 있어서, 2개 스펀본드 층 사이에 1개 용융취입성형 충이 적충되어 있는 3개 충으로 이루어진 내구성 부직 적층물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 핵제가 딘질리덴 소르비톨, 디(메틸벤질리덴)소르비톨, 비스(P-에틸벤질리덴)소르비톨 및 직경 1미크론 이하의 입자 크기를 지닌 소수성 발연 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 내구성 부직 적층물.
- 제9항에 있어서, 핵제가 혼합물의 0.1내지 0.3중량%를 구경하는 내구성 부직 적층물.
- 제8항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 230℃에서의 용융 유량이 12이상인 것인 내구성 부직 적층물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 폴리프로필렌, 폴리에킬렌, 및 프로필렌과 5중량% 이하의 에틸렌을 기재로 하는 랜덤 공중합체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 내구성 부직 적층물.
- 열가소성 중합체와 유효량의 핵제화의 혼합물로부터 형성된 열가소성 필라멘트로 이루어진 스펀본드 충 1개 층 이상 및 열가소성 미세섬유의 용융취입성형 웹 1개 층 이상이 적층되어 이루어져있고, 이들 층이 불연속상 영역에서 서로 열결합되어 있는 내구성 부직 적층물로 이루어진 직물로부터 제조된 작업자 보호용 의복.
- 제13항에 있어서, 적층물이 2개 스펀본드 층 사이에 1개 용융취입성형 층이 적층되어 3개 층으로 이루어진 의복.
- 제14항에 있어서, 핵제가 디벤질리덴 소르비톨, 디(메틸벤질리덴)소르비톨, 비스(P-에틸벤질리덴)소르비톨 및 직경 1 미크론 이하의 입자 크기를 지닌 소수성 발연 실리카로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 것인 의복.
- 제15항에 있어서, 핵제가 혼합물의 0.1내지 0.3중량%를 구성하는 의복.
- 제14항에 있어서, 열가소성 중합체가 230℃에서의 융용 유량이 12이상인 것인 의복.
