Claims (23)

  1. 밀도가 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 결정화도가 5∼40%의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 또는 이 공중합체를 주체로 하는 수지조성물로 멜트블로우잉법에 의해서 얻어진 멜트블로운 부직포.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체가 α-올레핀이 탄소수 3∼10의 α-올레핀이고 에틸렌 함유율이 85∼95몰%이고 190℃, 2160g의 하중으로 측정한 멜트플로우레이트(MFR : ASTM D1238의 방법으로 측정)가 0.1~200g/10분이고 밀도가 0.870g/㎤이상 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 X선에 의한 결정화도가 5∼40%인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 융점(Tm)이 40∼100℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  4. 제1∼3항중 어느 한 항 기재의 멜트블로운 부직포와 건식법 부직포를 적층하고 일체화시켜 된 것을 특징으로 하는 부직포 적층제.
  5. 제 4 항 기재의 부직포 적층체로 된 마스크.
  6. 제1∼3항중 어느 한 항 기재의 멜트블로운 부직포와 이 멜트블로운 부직포에 적층된 건식법 부직포와 이 건식법 부직포위에 적층된 약제층으로 된 것을 특징으로 하는 습포제.
  7. 2성분 기준으로 폴리프로필렌 98∼40중량%와 밀도가 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 결정화도가 5∼40%의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 2∼60중량%를 함유하여 된 수지조성물로 멜트블로우잉법에 의해서 얻어지는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체는 α-올레핀이 탄소수 3∼10의 α-올레핀이고 에틸렌 함유율이 85∼95몰%이고 190℃, 2160g의 하중으로 측정한 멜트플로우레이트(MFR : ASTM D1238조건 E의 방법으로 측정)가 0.1∼200g/10분이고 밀도가 0.870g/㎤ 이상 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 X선에 의한 결정화도가 5∼40%의 범위인 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체의 융점(Tm)의 40∼100℃의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  10. 제 7 항에 있어서, 시차주사열량측정(DSC)으로 상기 플로프로필렌은 연화점(Tf)이 125∼135℃의 범위이고 또 융해곡선의 피크가 160∼170℃의 범위인 폴리프로필렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포.
  11. 제7∼10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 폴리프로필렌과 에텔렌-α-올레핀 공중합체와의 수지조성물은 연화점(Tf)이 120∼130℃의 범위이고 또 융점(Tm)이 160∼170℃의 범위인 수지조성물인 것을 특징으로 하는 멜티블로운 부직포.
  12. 2성분기준으로 폴리프로필렌 98∼40중량%와 밀도가 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 결정화도가 5∼40%의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 2∼60중량%를 함유하여 되는 수지조성물로 된 멜트블로운 부직포의 적어도 한쪽면에 보강층을 면방향으로 간격을 두고 떨어진 영역에서 열융착시킴으로써 접합되어 된 적층부직포재료.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 보강층이 스팬본드 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층부직포재료.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 스팬본드부직포가 폴리프로필렌 수지로 된 부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층부직포재료.
  15. 2성분기준으로 폴리프로필렌 98∼40중량%와 밀도가 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 결정화도가 5∼40%의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 2∼60중량%를 함유하여 된 수지조성물을 압출하여 미세한 수지류로 하고 이 수지류를 고속도의 가열기체와 접촉시켜 미세한 섬유직경의 불연속 파이버로 하고 이 파이버를 다공성 지지체 위에 집적시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 멜트블로운 부직포의 제조방법.
  16. 2성분기준으로 폴리프로필렌 98∼40중량%와 밀도가 0.900g/㎤ 미만이고 결정화도가 5∼40%의 에틸렌-α-올레핀 공중합체 2∼60중량%를 함유하며 되는 수지조성물로 된 멜트블로운 부직포와 보강층을 겹쳐서 부직포표면의 간헐적으로 떨어진 영역에서 열접착을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 적층부직포재료의 제조방법.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 보강층이 스팬본드부직포인 것을 특징으로 하는 적층부직포재료의 제조방법.
  18. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열접착을 110∼135℃의 온도로 행하는 적층부직포재료의 제조방법.
  19. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열접착을 히트엠보싱에 의해서 행하는 적층부직포재료의 제조방법.
  20. 제16항에 있어서, 상기 열접착을 초음파 진동가공에 의해서 행하는 부직포재료의 제조방법.
  21. 제12항 기재의 적층부직포로 된 위생재료.
  22. 제12항 기재의 적층부직포로 된 청소재료.
