Abstract

본 발명은 열가소성 중합체로부터 제조된 필라멘트를 포함하는 부직 웹 층으로 이루어지는 부직포를 제공한다. 열가소성 중합체는 85 이하의 이소택틱도를 갖는 1종 이상의 이소택틱 중합체, 20 미만의 이소택틱도를 갖는 1종 이상의 아택틱 중합체 40중량% 이하의 블렌드이고, 상기 블렌드는 또한 약 0.1 내지 3.0중량%에 이르는 플루오로카본을 함유할 수 있다. 직물은 스펀본딩 및 멜티블로잉법에 의해 제조될 수 있고, 우수한 강도, 차단성 및 유연성을 갖는다.

Claims (18)

  1. 이소택틱 중합체상 및 아택틱 중합체상의 블렌드인 열가소성 중합체로부터 제조된 필라멘트를 포함하는 부직 웹 층으로 이루어진 부직포.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 약 0.1 내지 3.0중량%의 플루오로카본을 추가로 함유하는 부직포.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 아택틱 중합체상이 2종 이상의 아택틱 중합체의 혼합물인 부직포.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소택틱 중합체상이 2종 이상의 아택틱 중합체의 혼합물인 부직포.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 이소택틱상이 85% 이상의 이소택틱도 및 1,000 이상의 용융 유속을 갖는 부직포.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 블렌드가 약 1 내지 약 40중량%의 아택틱 중합체상을 갖는 부직포.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 스펀본딩법 및 멜트블로잉법으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 제조되는 부직포.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 방법이 멜트블로잉법인 부직포.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 부직포가 2개의 스펀본드 직물 층 사이에 놓여 열 접착, 초음파, 접착, 히드로엔탱글먼트(hydroentanglement), 니들펀치 접착 및 접착제 접착으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택된 방법에 의해 함께 결합하여 라미네이트를 형성하는 부직포.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 웹이 국소 적용형 대전 방지 처리를 추가로 포함하는 부직포.
  11. 제9항에 있어서, 네트연화(necksoftening)된 부직포.
  12. 제9항에 있어서, 의료 용품, 개인 위생 용품 및 실외용 직물로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 물품 중에 존재하는 부직포.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 개인 위생 용품이고, 상기 개인 위생 용품이 기저귀인 부직포.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 개인 위생 용품이고, 상기 개인 위생 용품이 여성용 위생 용품인 부직포.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 의료 용품이고, 상기 의료 용품이 외과 가운인 부직포.
  16. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 의료 용품이고, 상기 의료 용품이 안면 마스크인 부직포.
  17. 제12항에 있어서, 상기 물품이 개인 위생 용품이고, 상기 개인용 위생 용품이 와이퍼인 부직포.
  18. 85 이상의 이소택틱도를 갖는 1종 이상의 이소택틱 중합체, 20 미만의 이소택틱도를 갖는 1종 이상의 아택틱 중합체 40중량% 이하, 및 플루오로카본 약 0.1 내지 3.0중량%의 블렌드인 열가소성 중합체로부터 제조된 필라멘트를 포함하는 부직 웹 층으로 이루어지고, 스펀본딩법 및 멜트블로잉법으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 방법에 의해 제조되는 부직포.
