Abstract

본 발명은 유연하고, 양호한 차단 특성 및 통기성을 갖는 부직포를 제공한다. 본 발명에서는 폴리프로필렌에 필적하는 차단특성을 제공하기 위해서 멜트 블로운층에 선형 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 사용한다. 멜트블로운층은 다층 라미네이트에 사용될 수 있고, 다른 층들은 이성분계 섬유로 이루어질 수 있다. 본 발명의 직물은 예를 들면 기저귀, 여성용 위생용품, 성인 실금 용품, 부상 드레싱재, 붕대, 멸균 랩, 수술용 가운 및 드레이프 및 와이퍼에 사용될 수 있다.

Claims (18)

  1. 약 0.86내지 약 0.97g/cc의 밀도를 갖는 1종 이상의 열가소성 폴리에틸렌 중합체를 용융시키는 단계. 이 중합체를 미세 개구를 통해 압출시키는 단계, 이 중합체를 연신시켜서 섬유를 형성하는 단계 및 상기 섬유와 된 중합체를 접속 표면위에 퇴적시켜서 웹으로서 멜트블로운 디스버스트(disbursed) 섬유층을 형성하는 단계를 포함하며, 상기 웹은 히드로헤드가 40㎝ 이상이고 컴 분쇄 피이크 하중치가 40g 미만인 것인 유연한 차단 부직포의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조되고, 상기 웹의 프라지에 다공도가 300 ft³/ft²/분 미만인 부직포.
  3. 상기 멜트블로운 섬유층에 제2의 재료층을 추가하는 단계 및 층들을 함께 결합시키는 단계를 더 포함하는 제1항의 방법에 의해 제조된 부직포.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 제2층은 스퍼본드 섬유웹 및 스테이플 섬유웹으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 부직포.
