Abstract
외부 디엔 블럭이 내부 블럭 보다 큰 농도의 이-, 삼- 및 사치환된 올레핀 에폭시드를 함유하고 외부 블럭이 외부 블럭 g당 올레판 에폭시드 0.2 내지 10Meq를 함유하며 외부 블럭의 분자향 3000 내지 50,000 이고 내부 블럭의 분자량이 15,000 내지 200,000인, 적어도 내부 및 외부 디엔 블럭으로 구성되는 에폭시드화 디엔 블럭 중합체.

Claims (20)
- 외부 디엔 블럭이 내부 블럭 보다 큰 농도의 이-, 삼- 및 사치환된 올레핀 에폭시드를 함유하고 외부 블럭이 외부 블럭 g당 올레판 에폭시드 0.2 내지 10Meq를 함유하며 외부 블럭의 분자향 3000 내지 50,000이고 내부 블럭의 분자량이 15,000 내지 200,000인, 적어도 내부 및 외부 디엔 블럭으로 구성되는 에폭시드화 디엔 블럭 중합체.
- 하기 일반식의 에폭시드화 공액 디올레핀 블럭 공중합체 (A-B)k 또는 A-(B-A), -식에서 A는 Ag당 올레핀 에폭시드 0.2 내지 10Meq를 함유하고 분자량 3,000 내지 50,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 B는 분자량 15,000 내지 200,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 A는 B보다 많은 올레핀 에폭시드를 갖고, 및 -식에서 j는 1 내지 6이며 k는 2 내지 6이다.
- 하기 일반식의에폭시드화 공액 디올레핀 블럭 공중합체 Dn-X-Cr-식에서 D는 A-B-Mp 또는 (A-B)j-Mp 또는 A-(B-A)j-Mp이고, 및 -이때 A는 Ag당 올레핀 에폭시드 0.2 내지 10Meq를 함유하고 분자량 3,000 내지 50,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -이때 B는 분자량 15,000 내지 200,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및- 이때 A는 B보다 많은 올레핀 에폭시드를 갖고, 및-식에서 C는 분자량 100 내지 200,000을 갖고 A〈B 또는메타클릴레이트 또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되나 D와 같지 않은 블럭 또는 멀티블럭 세그먼트이고, 및 -이때, B블럭은 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 50% 이하를 포함할 수 있고 A블럭은 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화 수소 단량체 99%이하를 포함할 수 있고, 및 -이때M은 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 및 디엔으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되고 분자량 50 내지 3000을 갖는 단량체의 미니 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 X는 커플링제 또는 커플링 단량체 또는 개시제이고, j는 1 내지 6, n≥2, r≥o, n≥r, n+r은 3 내지 100이며, p는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 디엔 블럭은 1, 4-폴리이소플렌이고 내부 디엔 블럭은 폴리부타디엔인 중합체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 외부 디엔 블럭은 1, 4-폴리부타디엔이고 내부 디엔 블럭은 1, 2-폴리부타디엔인 중합체.
- 제1-3항에 있어서, 중합체 g당 올레핀 이중 결합 1Meq 이하가 중합체 내에 남을 정도로 수소화되는 중합체.
- 제4항에 있어서, 외부 블럭내 에폭시 양 대 내부 블럭 내 에폭시 양의 비율이 적어도 3:1인 블럭 중합체.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 에폭시 비율이 5:1 이상인 블럭 중합체.
- 제1-3항에 있어서, 방사선에 노출됨으로써 적어도 약간의 에폭시 관능기를 통해 가교되는 블럭 중합체.
- 제1-3항에 있어서, 적어도 약간의 에폭시 관능기를 통해 화학적으로 가교되는 블럭 중합체.
- 제1-10항의 블럭 중합체로 구성되는 접착제 조성물.
- 제1-10항의 블럭 중합체로 구성되는 코우팅 조성물.
- 제1-10항의 블럭 중합체로 구성되는 실런트 조성물.
- 하기 일반식의 부분적으로 수소화된 공액 디올레핀 블럭 공중합체 (A-B)k 또는 A-(B-A), -식에서 A는 수소화 전에 분자량 3,000 내지 50,000을 갖고, 수소화 후 Ag당 올레핀 이중 결합(ODB)0.2 내지 11.6Meq를 함유하는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 B는 수소화전에 분자량 15,000 내지 200,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 수소화 후 A블럭내 ODB 대 B블럭내 ODB의 비율은 적어도 3:1이고, 및 -식에서 j는 1 내지 6이며 k는 2 내지 6이다.
- 하기 일반식의 부분적으로 수소화된 공액 디올레핀 블럭 공중합체.-식에서 D는 A-B-Mp 또는 (A-B)j-Mp 또는 A-(B-A)j-Mp이고, 및- 이때 A는 수소화 전에 분자량 3,000 내지 50,000을 갖고, 수소화 후 Ag당 올레핀 이중 결합(ODB)0.2 내지 11.6Meq를 함유하는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -이때 B는 수소화 전에 분자량 15,000 내지 200,000을 갖는 디엔 블럭이고, 및 -식에서 C는 수소화 전에 분자량 100 내지 200,000을 갖고, A,B또는 메타크릴레이트 또는 이의 혼합물로 구성되나 D와 같지 않은 블럭 또는 멀티블럭 세그먼트이고, 및 -이대 B블럭은 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 50% 이하를 포함할 수 있고 A블럭은 모노알케닐 방향족 탄화수소 단량체 99% 이하를 포함할 수 있고, 및 -식에서 M은 비닐 방향족 탄화수소 및 디엔으로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는, 분자량 50 내지 3000을 갖는 단량체의 미니블럭 이며, 및 -이때 수소화 후 A블럭내 ODB 대 B 블럭내 ODB의 비율은 적어도 3:1이고, 및 -식에서 X는 커플링제 또는 커플링 단량체 또는 개시제이고, j는 1 내지 6, n≥2, r≥o, n≥r, n+r은 3 내지 100이며, p는 0 또는 1이다.
- 제15항에 있어서, A 블럭의 분자량은 3000 내지 25,000이고 B블럭의 분자량은 15,000 내지 100,000 이며 C 블럭의 분자량은 300 내지 100,000인 블럭 공중합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, A 블럭내 ODB 대 B 블럭내 ODB의 비율이 5:1 이상인 블럭 공중합체.
- 제15항에 있어서, A는 폴리이소프렌 블럭이고 B는 폴리부타디엔 블럭인 블럭 공중합체.
- 제14항에 있어서, A 블럭이 Ag당 올레핀 에폭시드 0.2 내지 10Meq를 함유할 정도로 에폭시드화된 블럭 공중합체.
