Abstract

반복 사용 가능하고 페이스트 용기를 간단히 비게 할 수 있고 게다가 취급이 간단하고 또 확실한 조량 펌프를 제공한다.
벨로즈(3)의 흡입측 단부와 결합된 케이싱부분(2)이 일체적으로 구성되고 그 케이싱부분이 추종 피스톤(44)을 구비하고 있으며 페이스트 상 물질이 채워진 페이스트 용기(41)를 피복하듯이 수용하는 단면이 개방된 피복체(40)와 흡입밸브(4)의흡입측에서 축 방향으로 돌출하는 오프너 천공 레머(58)을 가지며 페이스트 용기(41)가 단벽(51)에 단면측에서 흡입밸브(4)로 향해서 돌출하는 칼라(52)를 가지며 그 칼라가 흡입 관면(29)을 치밀하게 에워싸며 원판상 또는 포트상의 분리 폐쇄부를 가지며 그 분리 폐쇄부가 두께가 얇은 링상의 분리 웹을 거쳐서 칼라(52)와 일체로 결합되며 오프너 레머(58)에 의해서 칼라(52)로부터 분리 가능하다.

제1도는 페이스트 용기를 에워싸는 피복체를 구비한 본 발명에 의한 조량 펌프를 도시하는 단면도.
제2도는 추종 펌프를 구비한 폐쇄된 페이스트 용기를 도시하는 단면도.
제3도는 페이스트 용기의 상측부분과 함께 조량펌프 상측부분을 확대해서 도시하는 단면도.

Claims (9)

  1. 페이스트 용기(41)로 부터 저점도의 페이스트 상 물질을 조량된 양만큼 취출하기 위한 조량 펌프이며 텔레스코우프식으로 상대 운동 가능하고 또 형상 안정적인 플라스틱으로 된 동축적인 2개의 케이싱부분(1,2)사이에 펌프부재로서 작동하는 벨로즈(3)가 치밀하게 배치되어 있고 그 벨로즈의 양단부에 역지 밸브로서 구성되어 있고 측 방향 가동의 밸브 폐쇄부재(19,32)를 구비하고 있는 흡입 밸브(4)와 유출밸브(5)가 배치되고 있으며 이경우 한쪽의 케이싱부분(2)의 흡입측에서의 반지름 방향 벽(12)으로 흡입밸브(4)에 대해서 동심적으로또 페이스트 용기(41)로 향해서 연장되어 있는 접속 관편(29)이 배치되고 있으며, 벨로즈(3)의 흡입측 단부와 결합된 케이싱부분(2)이 있으며, 벨로즈(3)의 흡입측 단부와 결합된 케이싱부분(2) 이 페이스트 용기의 취출 관편을 위해 동축적인 수용부를 구비하고 이는 저점도의 페이스트 상 물질용 조량 펌프에 있어서, 베이스(3)의 흠입측 단부와 결합된 케이싱부분(2) 이 일체적으로 구성되고 있으며 그 케이싱부분이 추종 피스톤(44)을 구비하고 있어 페이스트상 물질이 채워져 있는 페이스트 용기(41)를 피복하도록 수용하는 단면이 개방된 피복체(40)와, 흡입밸브(4)의 흡입측으로부터 축 방향으로 돌출하고 있는 오프너 레머(58)를 가지고 있으며 페이스트 용기(41)가 단벽(51)으로, 단면측에서 흡입 밸브(4)로 향해서 돌출하고있는 칼라(52)를 가지고 있으며 그 칼라가 흡입 관편(29)을 치밀하게 에워싸고 있고, 원판상 또는 포트상의 분리 폐쇄부(56)를 가지고 있으며, 그 분리 폐쇄부가 두께가 얇은 링상의 분리 웹(55)을 거쳐서 칼라(52)와 일체로 결합되며, 오프너 레머(50)에 의해 칼라(52)로부터 분리 가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 저점도의 페이스트 상 물질용 조량 펌프.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폐쇄된 피복벽(46)을 구비한 피복체(40)가 페이스트 용기(41)의 전축 방향 길이 이상으로 연장되어 있는 것을 특지응로 하는 조량 펌프.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 오프너 레머(58)가 거의 원판상의 가압부재(59)로 되어 있으며 그 가압부재가 복수의 축 방향 관련(57)을 거쳐서 흡입 관편(29)과 일체로 결합되고 있으며 그 흡입 관편에 대해서 축 방향으로 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 오프너 레머(58)가 분리 폐쇄부(56)를 분리하기 위해서 환상 절단날(61) 또는 천공 톱니(62)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 흡입 밸브(4)를 구비한 케이싱부분(2)의 반경 방향벽(12)이 페이스트 용기(41)의 칼라(52)를 느슨하게 센터링해서 수용하기 때문에 취출 방향으로 돌출하고 있는 포트상의 동심적인 수용 관편(27)을 가지고 있으며 그 수용 관편의 단벽(28)에 흡입 관련(29)이 일체로 주형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트 용기(41)의 칼라(52)가 단벽 링(53)에 일체 성형되어 있어서 안쪽으로 향해서 내달은 시일링(54)을 가지고 있으며 그 시일링에 분리 폐쇄부(56)가 일체로 주형되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 페이스트 용기(41)가 해지 가능한 걸림수단(42, 48, 49)에 의해서 피복체(40)와 결합되어 있든가 또는 결합가능한 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 페이스트 용기(41)가 그 하단부에 피복벽(46)의 단부부분(43)과 더불어 환상 홈(47)을 형성하는 환상 날 밑(48)을 갖고 있으며 그 환상 날 밑이 안쪽으로 향해서 내어 달은 끝부(49)를 구비하고 있으며 피복체(40)가 그 하단부에 걸어 맞추어서 환상홈(47)에 도입 가능한 두께가 두꺼운 연응기부(42)를 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 환상 날 밑(48)이 그립 새김눈(50)을 구비하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 조량 펌프.
