Abstract

지르로 합금은 베타 담금질, 열간 변형, 재결정 풀림 및 그 다음의 응력제거 풀림으로 진행되는 냉간 변형 단계사이에서 수행되는 재결정 풀림 단계와 함께 상기 합금을 냉간 변형하는 것에 의해서 형성된다. 제조방법은 재결정 풀림 단계의 한 단계 대신에 후단계 베타 담금질 단계를 포함할 수 있다.

Claims (4)

  1. 원자력 발전소의 고온수성 상태의 원자로에서 사용하는 지르코늄 합금에 있어서, 상기 합금은 0.5 내지 2.0중량%의 니오븀과, 0.7 내지 1.5중량%의 주석과, 0.07 내지 0.28중량%의 철, 니켈 및 크롬 중 적어도 하나와 200ppm의 탄소, 그리고 나머지는 본질적으로 지르코늄이며, 상기 제품은 다수의 재결정 풀림과 냉간 가공의 조합 단계로 재료를 가공하여 제조하며, 재결정 풀림 단계는 649 내지 760℃ (1200 내지 1400℉)의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 지르코늄 합금.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재결정 풀림 단계는 666 내지 688℃(1230 내지 1270℉)의 온도에서 수행되는 합금.
  3. 지르코늄 합금을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 방법은 0.5 내지 2.0중량%의 니오븀과, 0.7 내지 1.5중량%의 주석, 0.07 내지 0.28중량%의 철, 니켈 및 크롬그룹 중 적어도 하나의 요소와, 200ppm 정도의 탄소, 그리고 나머지는 본질적으로 지르코늄이며, 상기 방법은 후단계 베타 담금질로 진행되는 다수의 재결정 풀림 및 냉간 가공 조합단계로 재료를 가공하는 것을 포함하며, 재결정 풀림단계는 649 내지 760℃(1200 내지 1400℉)의 온도에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 재결정 풀림 단계는 666 내지 688℃(1230 내지 1270℉)의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
