Claims (10)

  1. 고온에서 산의 존재 및 임의로 용매의 존재하에서 하기 일반식 Ⅱ의,-불포화 옥심을 :
    (여기서, Y및 Z은 일반식 Ⅰ에 대해 하기 서술된 바와 같음)
    하기 일반식 Ⅲ의 아미노부텐디오에이트와 반응시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 :
    (여기서,는 각각 독립적으로 수소,알킬,시클로 알킬, 페닐이거나, 그들이 부착된 원자와 함께 취해져서 산소로 임의로 차단된 5 또는 6원 지환족 고리를 형성할 수 있고,는 일반식 Ⅰ에 대해 상기 서술된 바와 같음)
    하기 일반식 Ⅰ의 화합물을 제조하는 방법 :
    (여기서,는 각각 독립적으로 페닐 또는 페닐로 임의로 치환된알킬이고 Y 및 Z는 각각 독립적으로 수소 또는 1-3개의 할로겐으로 임의로 치환된알킬 떠는알킬시기임).
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식 Ⅱ의,-불포화 옥심 및 일반식 Ⅲ의 아미노부텐디오에이트가 약 1:1-1:1.5 몰당량의 비율로 존재하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 산기 아세트산, P-틀루엔설폰산, 메탄설폰산, 황산, 인산, 옥시염화인, 삼염화인, 삼브롬화인, 염화수소 및 브롬화수소로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 산이 염화수소인 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 용매의 존재하에 실행되는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 용매가 크실렌, 틀루엔, 벤젠, 할로벤젠, 디할롭젠, 디할로에탄, 디할로메탄, 에틸 아세테이트, 에틸 프로피오네이트, 메탄올, 에탄올, 프로판올 및 부탄올로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 용매가 디클로로 에탄인 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 온도가 약 50℃-180℃인 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, Z가 수소이고 Y가 하나의 할로겐으로 임의로 치환된알킬 또는알콕시기인 일반식 Ⅰ인 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 디알킬 5-에틸-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5-메틸-2,3-피라딘디카르복실레이트, 디알킬 5-(메톡시메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트 및 디알킬 5-(클로로메틸)-2,3-피리딘디카르복실레이트로 부터 선택되는 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
