Abstract
본 발명은 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 좀더 상세하게는 원자화되거나 이온화된 불활성 내화물질 또는 반응성 선구물질의 분위기로부터 제조되고 후속의 압축 열처리공정동안 유리의 접착을 막아주는 50~500nm 두께의 투명막을 깨끗한 판넬의 적어도 하나의 표면위에 침적하는 단계; 및 상기 깨끗한 판넬을 열처리시켜 유리를 압축하는 단계로 구성된 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법에 관한 것이다.

본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 상부표면과 하부표면에 걸쳐 적용된 침적막을 가지는 단일의 유리판넬을 도시한 측입면도.
제2도는 두개의 고온 적층패드(pads)사이에 적층된 세개의 유리판넬로 구성된 스택(stack)을 도시한 측입면도이다.
Claims (14)
- 원자화되거나 이온화된 불활성 내화물질 또는 반응성 선구물질의 분위기로부터 제조되고 후속의 압축 열처리공정동안 유리의 접착을 막아주는 50~500nm두께의 투명막을 깨끗한 판넬의 적어도 하나의 표면위에 침적하는 단계; 및 상기 깨끗한 판넬을 열처리시켜 유리를 압축하는 단계로 구성된 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막이 판넬의 양표면에 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 막이 약100nm두께를 초과하지 않게 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 막이 약100nm보다 큰 두께로 판넬의 한쪽면에만 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침적된 내화물질이 실리카, 알루미나, 실리콘 나이트라이트, 탄탈라, 티타니아 및 틴 옥사이드록 구성된 군으로부터 선택도미을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제5항에 있어서 상기 내화물질이 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침적막으로부터 나온 분위기가 전자빔 증착, 스퍼터링 및 화학증착으로 부터 선택된 공정에 의해 생성됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 고정이 화학증착공정임을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 유리판넬이 용융유리소지로 부터 유리시트를 연속적으로 인발함으로써 제조되고, 상기 막이 인발될때, 또는 이후 곧바로 유리시트위에 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 판넬을 제조하는 동안 또는 제조후 곧바로 상기 깨끗한 판넬을 원자화되거나 이온화 된 불활성 내화물질 또는 반응성 선구물질의 분위기에 노출시켜 후속의 압축 열처리공정동안 유리의 접착을 방지하게 하는 50~500nm 두께의 투명한 경계층막을 판넬의 적어도 하나의 표면위에 침적하는 단계; 다수의 상기 코팅된 유리판넬을 세척하고 적층하는 단계;및 상기 스택을 열처리하여 유리를 압축하는 단계로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 LCD디바이스용 유리판넬의 제조방법.
- 원자화되거나 이온화된 불활성 내화물질 또는 반응성 선구물질의 분위기로부터 제조되고 후속의 압축 열공정동안 유리의 접착을 막아주는 약 50~500nm 두께의 투명한 경계층막을 각각의 유리판넬의 적어도 한 표면위에 침적하는 단계; 막이 있는 판넬을 적층시켜 각 쌍의 인접표면의 적어도 하나가 막을 가지도록 하는 단계; 및 상기 스택을 압축 열처리하는 단계로 구성되고, 각 유리판넬의 표면이 인접유리판넬의 표면에 반하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스택에서의 다수의 깨끗한 유리판넬을 압축하는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 막이 각 판넬의 양쪽표면위에 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 스택에서의 다수의 깨끗한 유리판넬을 압축하는 방법.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 막이 약 100nm두께를 초과하지 않게 침적됨을 특징으로 하는 스택에서의 다수의 깨끗한 유리판넬을 압축하는 방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 침적된 경계층막이 실리카임을 특징으로 하는 택에서의 다수의 깨끗한 유리판넬을 압축하는 방법.※참고사항: 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
