Abstract
본 발명은 디젤 엔진용 매연 여과기에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 여과 카트리지에서 침전되는 연소 매연층을 연소시키는 버너를 포함하며 접선방향의 입구를 통하여 유입된 엔진의 배기가스가 버너를 감싸고 있는 환상연소실 안으로 유입되고 이로부터 연소실을 경유하여 여과통로 내부로 들어가며 배기가스가 들어가는 환상 연소실의 영역이 벽에 의해 분리되고 환상 연소실의 이영역으로부터 배기가스가 환상 연소실을 충분히 흐른 뒤에 자신들의 통로로 들어가는 디젤 엔진을 위한 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기이다.

Claims (5)
- 여과 카트리지(8)에서 침전되는 연소 매연층을 연소시키는 버너를 포함하며 접선방향의 입구(2)를 통하여 버너(5)를 감싸고 있는 환상 연소실(4) 안으로 들어가는 엔진의 배기가스가 연소실(4a)을 경유하여 여과통로(7)안으로 유입되는 디젤 엔진용 매연 여과기에 있어서, 배기가스가 유입되는 환상 연소실(4)의 영역(4b)이 벽(13)에 의해 분리되어 배기가스가 환상 연소실을 따라 충분히 흐른 뒤에 자신들의 통로를 따라가는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기.
- 제1항에 있어서, 벽(13)이 연소실의 구멍뚫린 원통형 벽(4a)에 접선방향으로 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 벽(13)이 안내판인 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 안내판(13)은 배기가스가 유입되도록 충격유통 방햐에 비스듬하게 위치한 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기.
- 전항 중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 연소실(5a)의 구멍뚫린 원통형 벽(5b)이 구멍뚫린 원통형 제2벽(5c)에 동축으로 감싸여 있으며 환상 연소실(5d)은 확장 연소실(4a)을 향한 두 개의 구명뚫린 벽 사이에서 개방된 것을 특징으로 하는 환상 연소실을 갖춘 매연 여과기.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
