Abstract

몰리부덴과 비스무트를 함유하는 다성분계의 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 합성용 촉매를 제조할대에 질소산화물을 1용량%이상, 산소를 0.5용량%에사 함유하는 분위기중에서 동 촉매용 원료의 건조물을 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조방법.

Claims (3)

  1. 적어도 몰리부덴화합물과 비스무트화합물을 성분으로 함유하는 혼합용액 또는 수성슬러리를 건조하여 얻은 건조물을 소성시킴으로서 몰리부덴 및 비스무트를 함유하는 다성분계의 불포화 알데히드와 불포화 카르복실산 합성용 촉매를 얻는 제조방법에 있어서, 소성단계로서 200℃-600℃의 범위온도에서 소성시킬때 적어도 2분간에 걸쳐 질소 산화물을 1용량%이상으로 하고 산소를 0.5용량%이상 함유시킨 분위기중에서 이 건조물을 소성시킴을 특징으로 하느 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 합성용 촉매의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 질소산화물을 1용량%이상, 산소를 0.5용량%이상 함유하는 분위기중, 소성의 초기단계에서 소성시킴을 특징으로 하는 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 합성을 촉매의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 기재의 제조방법에 의해 제조된 불포화 알데히드 및 불포화 카르복실산 합성을 촉매를 사용하여 프로필렌, 이소부틸렌 또는 3급 부탄올을 분자상 산소에 의해 기상접촉산화 시킴을 특징으로 하는 (메타) 아크롤레인 및 (메타)아크릴산의 제조방법.
