Abstract

Claims (8)

  1. 코어와, 2개 이상의 이오노머 수지의 혼합물을 포함하는 커버로 이루어진 골프공에 있어서, 상기 혼합물내에 존재하는 각 이오노머 수지는 약140.6kg/cm3(2000psi) 내지 약1054.5kg/cm(15,000psi)의 만곡 계수값을 가지며, 상기 커버는 약 35 내지 약55범위내의 쇼어 D정도값을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 각 이오노머 수지는 2 내지 8의 탄소원자를 가지는 올레핀, 3 내지 8의 탄소 원자를 가지는 비포화 모노카르복실산, 2 내지 22탄소원자를 가지는 아크릴레이트 에스테르류의 비포화 모노머로 구성되는 3중 중합체의 금속염인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 올레핀은 에틸렌인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비포화 모노카르복실 산은 메타트릴산인 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 아크릴레이트 에스테르류의 상기 비포화 모노머는 n-부틸아크릴레이트 및 이소-부틸아크릴레이트로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속은 나트륨 및 아연으로 구성된 그룹에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 에틸렌, 메타크릴산 및 이소-부틸 아크릴레이트로 구성되는 3중 중합체의 아연염과, 에틸렌, 메타크릴산 및 n-부틸아크릴레이트로 구성되는 3중 중합체의 나트륨염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 커버는 에틸렌, 메타크릴산 및 n-부틸 아크릴레이트로 구성되는 3중 중합체의 제2나트륨염을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 골프공.
