Abstract

고 용융지수의 산 공중합체를 중화하여 제조되는 이오노머 수지는 이에 상응하게 비교적 저분자량이지만 비교적 높은 수준으로 중화되고, 골프공 덮개물질로서, 주요 특성의 손실없이 단독으로 또는 다른 이오노머와 블렌딩하여 사용될 수 있다. 상기 물질은 골프공에 사용되는 통상적인 이오노머 물질보다 더 좋은 유동성 및 가공성을 갖는다.

Claims (5)

110 내지 350의 용융지수를 갖는 에틸렌/메타크릴산 또는 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체로부터 제조되고, 40% 이상으로 존재하는 산기가 중화되는, 3.0 내지 8.0의 용융지수를 갖는 에틸렌 공중합체 이오노머를 포함하는 이오노머 조성물.
제1항에 있어서, 에틸렌/메타크릴산 또는 에틸렌/아크릴산 공중합체가 3원공중합체인 이오노머 조성물.
하나 이상의 이오노머로 이루어지는 블렌드를 포함하고, 상기 블렌드 조성물의 25중량% 이상이 제1항의 이오노머 조성물인 블렌드 조성물.
제1항의 이오노머 조성물을 포함하는 덮개, 및 코어를 갖는 골프공.
제3항의 블렌드 조성물을 포함하는 덮개, 및 코어를 갖는 골프공.
