Abstract

본 발명은 살균제를 사용하지 않고, 체내 악취 (예 : 사람의 겨드랑이 부분에서 발생하는 악취)를 감소시킬 수 있는 겨드랑이 부분 사용용 탈취제 및 바디로션 (예 : 베이비로션)을 비롯한 탈취제 조성물의 제공에 관한 것이다. 상기 조성물은 피부에 대한 악취-유발 박테리아의 부착을 억제하는 물질 (예 : 특정 당단백질 및 탄수화물로부터 선택됨)을 포함하며, 이때 악취-유발 박테리아 개체 군수 및 이러한 박테리아 개체군에 의해 유발된 악취가 감소된다. 또한, 본 발명은 사람의 피부표면에 대한 악취-유발 박테리아의 부착을 억제하는데 있어 시험되는 물질의 억제능력을 결정하는데 사용될 수 있는 분화된 사람의 상피 세포를 사용한 분석 기술의 제공에 관한 것이다.

Claims (26)

  1. 부형제 중의 탈취제 활성 성분으로 필수적으로 구성되는 체내의 악취를 감소시키는 탈취제 조성물로서, 상기 탈취제 활성 성분은 신체의 피부에 대한 악취-유발 호기성 또는 혐기성 박테리아의 부착을 감소시키며 상기 부착을 감소시키는 당단백질, 상기 부착을 감소시키는 만노오스 및 글루코스와 이것의 올리고머 및 혼합물 이외의 모노사카라이드 및 이러한 모노사카라이드의 유도체, 올리고머 및 혼합물, 및 상기 부착을 감소시키는 수용성 폴리사카라이드 및 그의 단편들로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되며; 상기 활성성분은, 탈취제 조성물에 살균제를 혼입시키지 않고, 상기 피부에 대한 상기 박테리아의 부착을 감소시킴으로써 신체의 피부상의 악취-유발 호기성 또는 혐기성 박테리아 개체군수를 감소시켜 신체에 대한 상기 박테리아의 부착을 감소시키기에 충분한 양으로 조성물 내에 존재하는, 체내 악취를 감소시키는 탈취제 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 바디로션용 부형제이며, 따라서 탈취제 조성물은 바디로션인 탈취제 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 베이비로션용 부형제이며, 따라서 탈취제 조성물은 베이비로션인 탈취제 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 살균제를 함유하지 않는 탈취제 조성물.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 살균제를 함유하지 않는 탈취제 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 사람의 신체의 겨드랑이 부분에 대한 탈취제용 부형제이며, 따라서 탈취제 조성물은 겨드랑이 부분 찰취제 조성물인 탈취제 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 부형제는 겔화제를 포함하며, 따라서 조성물은 겨드랑이 부분 스틱 탈취제 조성물인 탈취제 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 피부에 대한 악취-유발 박테리아의 부착을 감소시키는 상기 활성 성분은 조성물의 중량에 대해 0.05-20중량%의 양으로 포함되는 탈취제 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 당단백질인 탈취제 조성물.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 당단백질은 피브로넥틴, 라미닌, 콜라겐 및 α-산 당단백질로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 탈취제 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 적어도 부분적으로 수용성용액 중의 폴리사카라이드 또는 그의 단편인 탈취제 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 폴리사카라이드인 탈취제 조성물.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 폴리사카라이드 단편인 탈취제 조성물.
  14. 제11항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 폴리사카라이드이며, 상기 폴리사카라이드는 에멀쟌, 크산탄검, 알긴산 및 이것의 알긴산염, 구아검, 로커스트 콩 검, 젤란 검 및 카라기나스로 구성된 군으로 부터 선택되는 탈취제 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 만노오스 및 글루코스와 이것의 올리고머 및 혼합물 이외의 모노사카라이드 및 이러한 모노사카라이드의 유도체, 올리고머 및 혼합물로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 탈취제 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 갈락토스, N-아세틸-D-갈락토스아민, 푸코오스, N-아세틸-D-글루코스아민, D-글루쿠론산 및 이것들의 유도체 및 올리고머로 구성되는 군으로 부터 선택되는 탈취제 조성물.
  17. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 신체에 대한 악취-생산 코린 박테리아의 부착을 억제하는 성분인 탈취제 조성물.
  18. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 성분은 사람의 신체 피부상에의 악취-생산 디프테로이드의 부착을 억제하는 성분인 탈취제 조성물.
  19. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 살균제를 함유하지 않는 탈취제 조성물.
  20. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 방향제를 함유하지 않는 탈취제 조성물.
  21. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 방향제 또는 살균제를 함유하지 않는 탈취제 조성물.
  22. 제1항에 있어서, 피부에 대한 악취-유발 박테리아의 부착을 감소시키는 성분은 조성물의 중량에 대해 0.05-1.5중량%의 양으로 포함되는 탈취제 조성물.
  23. 제1항에 따른 조성물을 신체에 적용하는 것으로 구성되는 체내 악취의 감소 방법.
  24. 하기(a)-(e)의 단계로 구성되는 에정된 물질이 신체의 피부에 대한 호기성 및 혐기성 박테리아의 부착을 억제할 수 있는지의 여부를 결정하는 분석 방법.
    (a) 이가의 금속을 함유한 화합물로 보충된 성장 배지에서 피부 세포를 배양함으로써, 분화 세포를 제공하도록 피부 세포를 산출하고, (b) 박테리아를 산출하고, (c) 산출된 분화 피부 세포와 함께 예정된 물질을 두고, (d) (c) 단계후, 상기 박테리아를 에정된 물질 및 분화 피부 세포의 혼합물을 첨가하고, (e) 분화 피부 세포에 부착하는 박테리아 수를 계수한다.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 2가의 금속을 함유한 화합물은 Ca2+를 함유하는 분석 방법.
  26. 제25항에 있어서, 2가의 금속을 함유한 화합물은 CaCl2인 분석 방법.
