Abstract
그 종방향 길이를 따라 배열되는 종방향 리브를 구비한 평면 장형부재로 구성되며, 플레이트-핀 열 교환기용 플레이트가 개시되어진다. 상기 플레이트는 또한 종방향 리브 높이보다 더 큰 높이를 가지는 제1형 비이드 및 상기 종방향 리브의 높이와 거의 높이를 가지는 제2형 비이드를 더 포함한다. 상기 비이드들은 한쌍의 동일 플레이트들이 라미네이트될 때 서로 맞보는 관계로 위치되며 소정의 종방향 길이의 평면공간을 가지는 열로 배열되어 열 교환기를 형성시킨다. 이상에서 설명된 바와같은 다수의 적층 플레이트로 구성되는 열 교환기가 역시 개시되어진다.

제3도는 이 발명의 원리에 따라 제조되고 제1도의 열 교환기에 사용되는 플레이트의 정면도.
Claims (6)
- 그 종축에 평행하게 배열되는 종방향 리브를 구비하고, 그 평면으로부터 수직으로 제1소정거리만큼 확장되는 평면의 장형부재와, 상기 부재의 평면으로부터 수직으로 상기 제1 소정거리보다 제2 소정거리만큼 확장되는 제1형 비이드와, 상기 부재의 평면으로부터 수직으로 상기 제1 소정거리와 거의 같은 거리만큼 확장되는 제2형 비이드와로 구성되는 플레이트-핀 열 교환기용 플레이트.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 종방향 리브가 상기 부재의 종방향 길이만큼 확장되어 상기 부재를 제1 종방향부와 제2 종방향부로 분할하고, 상기 분할된 부분들은 전체 표면적과 거의 같은 표면적을 가지도록 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 플레이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제2형 비이드가 상기 부재의 나머지 종방향 길이부를 따라 상기 리브와 연속적으로 배열되며, 상기 비이드 각각은 서로 소정거리로 이격되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 플레이트.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1형 비이드가 그들 사이에 평면공간에 의해 격리되는 다수의 열로 배열되며, 상기 평면공간이 소정의 종방향 길이를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 플레이트.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 다수의 열이 상기 제1 종방향부가 상기 제2 종방향부의 평면공간에 인접하고, 상기 제2 종방향부가 상기 제1 종방향부의 평면공간에 인접하는 식으로 상기 부재의 상기 제1 및 제2 종방향부상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 플레이트.
