Abstract

내연 기관의 공기 흡입 회로용 혼합된 열 교환기
상기 장치는 연소공기/냉각수 및 냉각수/주위 공기가 열교환을 제1혼합된 열 교환 회로, 및 냉각수/주위 공기가 열교환하는 제2열 교환섹션으로 하우징 유니트를 감싸도록 단일의 연속적인 형태로 구성되고, 냉각수 회로는 강제 펌프 및 중간 저장 탱크를 포함하는 재순환 회로에 의해 완성된다.

제2도 및 제3도는 각각 본 발명의 열교환기의 단면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내연기관의 공기 유입 회로용의 혼합된 열 교환기에 있어서, 연소공기와 냉각수 및 냉각수와 주위 공기가 열교환을 하는 제1혼합된 열 교환 회로 및 냉각수와 주위공기가 열 교환을 하는 제2열 교환 섹션으로 하우징 유니트를 감싸도록 단일의 연속적인 형태로 구성되고, 냉각수 회로는 강제(force)펌프 및 중간 저장 탱크를 포함하는 재순환 회로로 완성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 혼합된 열 교환기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 혼합된 열 교관기가, 압축기로 부터 공급되는 공기용의 수집 챔버가 마련되고 공기를 엔진으로 운반하기 위한 파이프가 시작되는 제2수집 챔버에 연결된 상호 평행한 일련의 파이프들을 공급하는 하우징을 포함하고, 각각의 엔진 공기 공급 통로 챔버의 내부에는 대응된 냉각수 시스템의 파이프 뿐만아니라, 압축기로부터 공급되는 공기용의 초기 수집 챔버 내에 마련된 분배 수집기(collector) 및 엔진공기 배출구 수집기 내에 마련된 제2수집기의 일부를 구성하는 다수의 냉각핀이 마련된 것을 특징으로 하는 내연 엔진의 공기 흡입 회로용 혼합된 열 교환기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 각 쌍의 연속된 공기 통로 챔버들 사이에 중간 개구들이 마련되고, 각각의 중간 개구들에는 공기 챔버들의 주위 벽과 일체로 되어 있는 핀들이 마련되어 상기 핀들 주위의 주위 공기와 열교환이 일어날 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 내연기관의 공기 흡입 회로용 혼합된 열교환기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 냉각수와 주위공기의 열교환 섹션이, 혼합된 열 교환기와 단일 조립체를 형성하고 냉각수 수집 챔버 및 재순환 회로에 연결된 배출구 챔버에 연결되는 일련의 수평도관들(conductors)을 포함하는 하부하우징으로 구성되고, 다수의 핀들이 냉각수 통로 챔버의 각 쌍들 사이의 중간 개구들에 마련되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내연 엔진의 공기 흡입 회로용 혼합된 열 교환기.
