Abstract
본 발명은 합성가스를 제조하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 반응기는 하나이상의 연료 주입구(2) 및 하나이상의 산화제 주입구(3)를 포함하며 부분적인 연소가 이루어지는 일명 "체류시간이 충분함 챔버"인 비촉매적 연소챔버(1),와 연소 챔버(1)로 부터 배출되는 가스가 유입되는 하나이상의 촉매베드(4)를 단일 하우징내에 포함하고, 부가로 하나이상의 부가적 산화제 주입구(6)와 하나이상의 연료 주입구(7)를 포함한다.
본 발명의 반응기 및 방법은 합성 가스를 사용하는 임의의 화학적인 제조반응시 적용할 수 있다.

Claims (14)
- 하나이상의 연료 주입구(2)와 하나이상의 산화제 주입구(3)를 포함하여 부분적으로 산소가 이루어지는 비촉매적 연소 챔버(1), 및 하나이상의 부가의 산화제 주입구(6)를 포함하며, 연소 챔버(1)로 부터 배출된 가스가 유입되는 하나이상의 촉매 베드(4)를 단일 하우징내에 포함하고, 부가로 산화제 주입구(6)로 부터 상류의 촉매베드(4)내로 개방되어 있는 하나이상의 부가의 연료 주입구(7)를 포함하며, 상기 연소 챔버가 하기 부등식에 부합되는 합성 가스 반응기 : V>0.4D/P상기식중, V는 상기 챔버의 내부용적(㎡)이고, D는 챔버내로 유입되는 물질의 총유량(kg/s)이며, P는 챔버내의 통상적인 압력(메가파스칼)이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 연소챔버(1)와 촉매베드(4)내로 주입되는 연료의 주성분이 탄소 산화물 및/또는 수소와 혼합될 수 있는 탄화수소인 반응기.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 연소 챔버내로 유입되는 연료중의 수소몰수대 탄소 몰수로서 표현되는 몰비인, 수소/탄화수소비가 1이하인 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제가 순순한 산소, 산소와 질소의 혼합물, 산소와 이산화탄소의 혼합물, 또는 산소와 다른 불활성 기체와의 혼합물중에서 선택되는 반응기.
- 제1항내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산화제와 연료를 위한 주입구(2,3,6,7)로 증기로 주입되는 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있서, 상기 연료가 연소 챔버내로 유입되기 전에 100내지 850℃로 예열되고, 상기 산화제는 각 유입시마다 100℃ 내지 900℃로 예열되는 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 주입된 연료중의 탄소몰수에 대한 반응기에 주입된 산화제중의 산소 몰수로서 정의되는, 총 산화제 공급비가 0.3내지 0/65이고, 상기 연소 챔버내로 주입된 산화제에 대한 상기 공급된 산화제의 비가 0.4 내지 0.75이내인 반응기.
- 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄소몰수에 대한 수분의 몰수로서 정의되는, 반응기내의 증기 공급비가 1.5 이하인 반응기.
- 연료와 산화제를 따라 주입하면서 산소가 부족한 상태하에 비촉매적 연소챔버(1)내에서 연료를 부분적으로 연소시키는 단계, 상기 연료챔버의 하류에 위치한 촉매베드(4)의 위치에서 부가의 산화제를 주입하는 단계, 와 연료에 산화제를 강화하는 산화제 주입구로부터 상류에 위치한 촉매베드(4)에서 연료를 주입하는 부가적 단계를 단일 반응기내에서 수행하여 합성가스를 전환시키는 방법으로써, 이때 상기 챔버(1)의 내부 용적이 하기 부등식의 조건을 충족시키는 방법 : V〉0.4D/P 상기 식중, D는 연소챔버내로 유입되는 총 유량(kg/s)이고, P는 챔버내의 통상적인 압력(메가 파스칼이며, V의 단위는 ㎡이다.
- 제9항에 있어서, 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항의 반응기로 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항의 반응기 또는 제9항 또는 제10항중 어느 한항의 방법을 합성가스를 사용하는 화학적인 제조반응에 전용시키는 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 수소를 제조하기 위한 방법.
- 제11항에 있어서, 하나이상의 고급탄화수소를 제조하기 위한 방법.
