Abstract

적층 구조이고 SiO2대Na2O의 몰 비가(1.9내지 2.1):1이며 수분 함량이 0.3중량%미만인 결정성 이규산나트륨을 제조하기 위해, 먼저 180내지240℃의 온도 및 10내지 30바아(bar)의 압력에서 SiO2대Na2O의 몰 비를(2.0내지2.3):1로 하여 모래와 수산화나트륨 용액을 반응시켜 수 클래스(water glass)용액을 수득한다. 고체가20중량%이상인 수글래스 용액을 200내지 300℃에서 뜨거운 공기와 함께 분무 건조기에서 처리하여 수분 함량(700℃에서 가열시 손실량으로서 측정)이 15내지 23중량%이고 벌크 밀도가 300g/1이상인 분말 비결정 이규산나트륨을 생성시킨다. 분무-건조된 분말 비결정 이규산나트륨을 분쇄한다. 분쇄된 이규산나트륨을 고체 운반용 장치가 장착된 회전로(이는 벽을 통해 외부 가열되고 내부에는 다수의 상이한 온도영역이 있다)로 도입시킨 다음, 400내지 800℃에서 1내지 60분 동안 처리하여 결정성 이규산나트륨을 생성시킨다.

Claims (1)

  1. 분무건조된 분말 비결정 이규산나트륨을 분쇄하고; 분쇄괸 이규산나트륨을 고체 운반용 장치가 장착된 회전로(이는 벽을 통해 외부 가열되고 내부에는 다수의 상이한 온도영역이 있다.)로 도입시킨 다음; 분쇄된 이규산나트륨을 400내지800℃에서 1내지60분 동안 처리하여 결정설 이규산나트륨을 생성시킴을 포함하여, 180내지 240℃의 온도 및 10내지30바아(bar)의 압력에서 SiO2대 Na2O의 몰 비를(2.0내지2.3) : 1로 하여 모래와 수산화나트륨 용액을 반응시켜 고체가 20중량% 이상인 수 글래스(water glass)용액을 수득하고, 수글래스 용액을 200내지 300℃에서 뜨거운 공기와 함께 분무 건조시켜 수분 함량(700℃에서 가열시 손실량으로서 측정)이 15내지 23중량%이고 벌크 밀도가 300g/1이상인 분말 비결정 이규산나트륨을 생성시켜, 이로부터 적층 구조이고 SiO2대Na2O의 몰 비가(1.9내지 2.1):1이며 수분 함량이 0.3중량%미만인 결정성 이규산나트륨을 제조하는 방법.
